Excellent professional service when I require a Covid travel certificate !

Fast, accurate, professional service. Rests well within time frame requested.

I would avoid using USBiotek at all cost if you plan to get a COVD test for travel purposes. The company put the wrong time on the documentation they provided my wife. The airline could not accept the documentation because the incorrect time they placed on the document was outside the 72 hours of her departure time (the plane was on time). As a result, she had to go to the airport testing facility, where she stood in line for hours to get an additional $200 test there, missing her flight from Seattle to Vancouver.

I do not generally make negative reviews, but in this case, I was extremely disappointed by the way the situation was handled by the company and specifically, the CEO. Having missed her flight and having no flights available for a few days even with a business class upgrade being two days away - she fortunately was able to get a ride to the border with her brother where I picked her up on the other side.

I contacted the company and asked if there could be some compensation for the mistake and at first was told that the best they could do was a refund of the initial $90 fee they charged. I requested that they pay the $200 fee that we had to pay at the airport, $100 to compensate her brother for basic expenses driving her to Canada and a refund of the $90 in good faith for their error. I did not ask for any additional compensation for the missed flight or for the inconvenience. I thought I was being extremely reasonable. All USBiotek ended up providing was an additional $90, leaving my wife, having gone through a very stressful day wondering if she could get back to Canada and out of pocket. The company apologized for what they called an inconvenience and stated that additional expenses associated with testing was not their responsibility taking only responsibility for the direct cost for the test.

I am uncertain how a company could make a mistake this significant and then not pay the costs associated with that. While mistakes can happen, and this one was huge in its impact on my wife, it is how companies respond to those mistakes that show their level of integrity. In this case, I do not believe that the company showed any integrity and would advise getting your test elsewhere if you plan to travel.

Great service! Needed a PCR test for travel, the lab got our first set done well ahead of the stated schedule ("within 36 hours", done in 6 hours), which was unfortunately too early for our time of travel. We're going to a country that wants a negative PCR test within 48 hours of the first oversea segment. They redid our test and got the results to us in perfect time (also about 6 hours, but now within the window).
The technicians taking our sample for both tests were clear, courteous, efficient. I would definitely recommend this lab.
If you have a specific validity window, as we did, you may want to check that you don't get your results too soon, but that's a problem that can be fixed, as opposed to getting them too late for your departure!

Best place for a travel related covid test in Seattle. And a reasonable price with quick results.

We got our COVID RT-PCR test results in under a day in official looking PDFs for travel. Perfect!

We were recommended to this lab by a friend who travels and often needs the COVID-PCR test. The technician was so friendly and prepared us for taking the test which was nice since it is a little uncomfortable. The results were back in just over 6 hours--very impressive! We will definitely use this lab in the future and for other business as well. HIGHLY recommended!

I would give this place six out of five stars if I could. I worked with Jean and Yesi and they truly couldn't have been kinder to me. I came in for a COVID test for my trip to Japan for the Olympics and expressed to them now I was nervous for this test after a different place I went to the day before accidentally gave me the incorrect test. They both made me feel so comfortable and ensured me I would be taken care of properly. They went out of their way and expedited my test results so they would be ready by the end of business hours in case I had any questions at all. They even assisted me with a follow up request I had on a Saturday morning. Despite it being a Saturday morning (and probably an off day for her) Yasi immediately helped me as soon as I reached out for assistance. Jean could not have been kinder when I stopped by Saturday to grab a document.

Thank you both so much!!! I will come here for all my testing for now on.

the nurse was the sweetest lady i ve ever met. she brought me chocolate because i was very pale after having my blood drawn.

Me and My dad went there for covid testing today at 10am. We came and park at reserved parking, then shortly the lady came to take the sample through the nasal. i wonder why the lady who took the sample only wear face shield but no face mask ( think this can be improved to make sure all the staff wear mask so we both feel safe). The procedure were fast, she check on my dad identity, take the form, took the sample thru the nose and put into the tube and we're finish.

The result come out at 18.30pm the same day (wow super fast) ! They offer both nasal and saliva test (slightly more expensive). Overall great service ! recommended !
