One person tried to help me with my complaint, but when her advisor got involved she woosied out and now I am still fighting to get my money back from a dirty contractor. I was also told that my complaint would be public. I haven't found it yet.

Twice schedule tree services with Tree Masters of Greenville, Ohio. First time they never showed. Several months late I scheduled a second time with a one month lead time. Confirmed the appointment three days prior to scheduled appointment. They assured me I was on the schedule. I waited the entire day for them; they never showed, they never called. A couple days later they called and said they wanted to set up a new appointment. When I told them I had waited all day previously they said a truck had broken down. I inquired why didn't you call? No response. These guys are totally unreliable based on my experience. They don't show, they don't call.
Called about a roofing company Noble roofing. May did a good job on roof, but the process isn't the best. My landlord hired this company. I wasn't told by either party, what day they was coming. I didn't have time to remove my statues from garden or try to protect my roses. The hired team threw tarps over my roses and snapped them off, snapped off my trellis for my other roses. Nails and mess every where. SMH.
Noble roofing complete a roof inspection on our new home, and did a great job. I would recommend this company for future roofing needs.

I was looking for a landscaping company to do a small sod job. I was referred to Top of the Lawn. This is an excellent company. Not only did they accept the job but he was the most reasonable and honest. I have already referred them to others that need landscaping done. Come spring I will be calling them again
I rely on the Dayton Better Business Bureau whenever I make a major purchase to determine service records and customer general satisfaction. I also check out services ratings for every general contractor and their customer satisfaction. The information provided gives me the confidence that I am choosing the best vendor for the job I need done.
As long as the business you file the complaint with responds to your complaint the BBB defends the business saying they made 'reasonable effort' simply by responding to the complaint. The BBB allows the scum bag businesses to keep their A+ rating. My advice: Don't depend on the BBB to show an accurate picture of a company's ethics. Go to Angie's List or friend's recommendations.

In July 2015, i made the mistake of having Castle Roofing of Huber Heights, OH put a new roof on my house. I thought they did a good job at the time. They are the "EXPERTS" right??? Well, they did not put a ridge vent on the roof!!! Now, I am trying to sell my house and the inspector says that the roof should have had a roof vent installed. I called Castle and they say that the gable vents that it has are all it needs, even though at this time (early May) the temp in the attic is already 135 degrees. They have no intention of fixing it. I guess they don't believe in the current advances in how things should be done. They also did a siding job on my mother's house several years ago, and that siding has repeatedly come undone on very windy days (because they cut the pieces too short!!!) They have come out and put the pieces back in place, but the whole thing should have been redone. Not my problem any more, though.
Kings Furniture on Siebenthaler- dishonest and does not keep their word. Manager was extremely nasty and refused to refund money after they made the mistake. I tried to get a refund after they did not have the item in stock. Shady liars! Basically told me I had to wait until it came in, but when I paid for it they told me it was in stock.

BEWARE OF CLEAN RIGHT CARPET CLEANING!!!!!!!! I had an appointment with this service on 6/22/19 with the window time from 8:00-11:00. The company was a no call no show, when I called the office the receptionist was very rude! I do not recommend anyone to use this company!!if I didn't have to . I would not even give this company one star!!!! This company is horrible!!!!!!
We had two very large ash trees removed from our yard by a competent team, headed by Don Morgan, owner and tree climber for MORGAN'S TREE CARE. We were impressed by the precision, and skill by which the heavy tree sections were cut, roped and lowered to the ground without damaging nearby roofs, fences, trees and landscaping. The team worked together well, steady, pleasant, polite and calm. I would caution that your contract spells out the details you both have agreed upon.
Bear Plumbing has to the most honest, most reliable plumbing company I have ever dealt with.
I called on July 28, 2919.them about hearing what I thought might be a water leak. They tried to find the leak but they weren t 100% sure of where it was so they advised me to call a water leak detection company.
The leak detection company thought it was in front of the dishwasher. When Bear returned they didnt agree but they didn t give up until they found the leak in the wall. They had quoted me a price but
then revised the bill for much less because they didn t put in the time they had originally estimated.
Bear did not have to be honest but they were. The workers were extremely neat and conscientious
about cleaning up after. They were very prompt and did not waste time.
I give them a 5 out of 5.
On Aug. 8th of 2015, Kleen Rite was scheduled to come to my home and clean the H/C system. Tech Josh Rich and Jevin were right on time. Come to find out this system had never been cleaned! This house was built in the 60's and I have lived here for 4 years. I told them to do whatever they needed to do to make the system right and safe. On my approval they cleaned all the vents, returns, and the main trunk, cleaned the blower housing unit and the A/C coil, treated each passage with microban, sporicidin, and duct sealant, installed a 24/7 UV light air purifier and cleaned my dryer vent for free! Actually they installed the air purifier unit and a gentleman came the very next day and installed the light in 2 minutes. All 3 of these young men were very professional, very personable and left my home as clean as they found it. I couldn't have been more pleased and also have peace of mind that my system is safe to run. Super job, guys! Thanks!
I recently purchased a home in Historic South Park. My garage needed concrete work, re framing, and a new garage door hung. I was fortunate to find Flawless Finish Construction. I reserved three rooms with baymont inn 730 east senia dr dayton oh. They charged my credit card $223.00. I have bern told since January that they would refund my credit card. I faxed verification to the general manager Heidi Walters and was promised a full refund.i still hsve not received a refund. The state the owner is out of the country and now heidi is no longer general manager. Guess what, i have to tell the same story to the new general manager gina. Dhe is going to research the situation and get back with me. Of course the owners were not there. Heidi was going to get bsck eith me also. No refund since january. I wad told that heide requested people who had sent a check to reserve their rooms but were also cancelled to give her their credit card numbet for a refund. Why would you need someone credit card information when they mailed you a check. I wad expressing my frustration with the nee general manager snd she wad very rude anf hung up on me. This hotel is very shady. Do not stay there. It has been 8 months and they have not credited my account

I WENT TO GRANDVIEW HOSPITAL IN DAYTON OH. ON OCT 6,2018...I WAS HAVING HEALTH ISSUES . NOT ONLY DID GVH MISDIAGNOSED ME BUT THEY PRESCRIBED MEDICATION FOR SOMETHING OTHER THAN WHAT THEY DIAGNOSED ME WITH THEY DID NO XRAYS, NO CAT SCAN, NO ULTRASOUND ....AFTER I LEFT THERE I GOT WORSE SO I WENT TO MIAMI VALLEY ER THE NEXT DAY WHERE THEY DID CAT SCAN, XRAYS, ULTRASOUND I WAS ADMITTED INTO THE HOSPITAL FOR 5 DAYS AND I HAD TO HAVE A MINOR SURGERY WHILE I WAS THERE... GRANDVIEW IS THE WORST HOSPITAL EVER!!!
I had my car painted at maaco on needmore road Dayton Ohio. They painted my vehicle the wrong color. They did not go over the paperwork with me. I called them two days later to confirm the color and they still painted my car to wrong color. I am not very happy spent almost $2,000 on paint and body work. They told me I have to pay another $400 to get my car repainted. When in fact it was not my fault in the first place. I'll call maaco corporate and they said they cannot do anything about. NOT A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER.
I have some doors installed by JDI Handyman Services. The two guys who came out were very professional. I was pleased with the work they did. Everything from the initial visit to quote the job, setting the install date and the completion of the job was done well. I plan to call them again to install a fence!
I had an excellent experience with Pro Safe Insulation in Beavercreek Ohio. Jeff the owner came out on Christmas Eve to give me an estimate on insulating my attic and exterior walls. He was very knowledgeable about the process, materials, and energy rebates. The team was very prompt, professional, and efficient. They explained the process and gave a time estimate for completion, (and they did complete within the estimated time). They also cleaned up before they left. The team noticed while working that one wall had already been insulated at some point. Jeff deducted the wall off of my invoice which saved me money. Truly impressed to find such a trustworthy company!
In addition to this work, they also insulated my crawlspace and did an outstanding job. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend them if you are looking to insulate your home.

I went into SVG Dealership and was helped by the sales person name Chris he went threw all my information and then comes and tells me it was too late that day to get a answer from finance so he tell me to come back into tomorrow with 500 down and he could get me into a car well I show up wait for 39 minutes only for him to come back and tell me I need 2000 down to even get into any car so it was a Big waste of time and I will never go back to SVG Motors in Beavercreek was a horrible experience then 2 days later the sales person Chris texts me and says Hey Steven, this is Chris at SVG Motors. The rep came in yesterday and revisited your deal and moved some money around. I have you approved at $500 down $455 monthly.. Let me know if you can make it in..
I hired Craig's Tree Service to remove a dead tree in my back yard. If you hire these guys, please make sure the work is done before you pay them or you will be sorry. Over a month ago I had some work done and paid too early. Can't get them back to save my life. Beware on Craig's Tree Service!
Finally! A way to get these unprofessional businesses. Before the BBB was terrible. Took three complaints for them to get off their butt to do anything and they would not even take the first complaint. Well guess what BBB businesses which everyone brags about. Now you as a customer can rate and complain online. It will affect the crooks and unprofessional businesses! Thank you social media. At least I can save the next guy.
A useless organization which doesn't help the situation.
The BBB-Dayton is a scam organization that does everything to protect businesses and does nothing to help consumers. The complaint process is an absolute joke in that the offending company doesn't have to take it serious and the BBB allows it to happen with no affect whatsoever to the companies rating. A company can propose any settlement and the BBB says it acted in good faith, no matter the money offered and/or whether the offer is legal under the State of Ohio consumer protection laws. They state that they are a neutral organization, but they are 100% biased towards the companies that pay them to become accredited. Don't expect them to help if the company your are complaining about is an accredited company.

AT&T U Verse has been the worse experience with a company ive ever dealt with. Customer service is terrible, they cold transfer to other agents and never fix your issue going forward leaving you to call back following month.
was on phone with them for 5 hours trying to resolve my issue, being transferred to several agents and having to explain my issue over and over.Also was disconnected from call and was forced to call back and wait on hold almost 45 min just to be transferred to several agents again. Which should not happen because Agents ask for a contact number in case of a disconnect,in which I gave 3 times over during that phone call,as I was transferred so many times. Company gave no apology for this inconvenience. Customers deserve better service and quality than this and should never have to deal with this many issues month after month...

A couple of weeks ago a juvenile decided to vandalize our property, which resulted in a hole on the side of our house in the siding. Today Nate and Jake from All Seals came out and repaired it. Our home looks as good as new. They were fast, friendly, professional, and any and everything you would want to have in taking care of your sighting. Many thumbs up to these two gentlemen and this company for restoring our home to its beauty.

I just bought my 3rd vehicle from Wholesale Direct Motors in Beavercreek. I have to say they have the best salesman, Ty & Corey go over & beyond to help you get into the vehicle you want. They are honest young men & treat you like family. I have never had any issues with any vehicle i have purchased from them. I have always compared prices 2 other dealerships in the area & I will say, they have cheaper & newer cars. It's hard to find honest people in the car business but Wholesale Direct Motors allowed me to let my mechanic look everything over before buying every vehicle i have purchased. That's good people. I will always buy my cars from them & have recommended several people to buy there. My friends & family have been very pleased with their purchases too..
Triumph Restoration did a wonderful job on my home after it was damaged by hale last spring. Dan, at Triumph Restoration, helped me understand the insurance claims process and gave me the information I needed to make decisions about the repairs. The crewmembers working on the house were friendly, efficient and did an outstanding job. Overall the experience was excellent. I am very pleased with the outcome and I highly recommend Triumph Restoration.
Anytime I have hired a company to do work for us, I always start with the BBB to find an ACREDITED company in good standing with both the community and the BBB. You will find out how long the company has been in business, their website and how they treat their customers. Typically those who have left a bad review on the BBB has been unreasonable in their complaint so disregard some of poor posts here.
My son stayed at the Quality Inn and Suites in Miamisburg, Ohio. Room was not very clean and he said there were dead bugs on the wall. However, he was overcharged for his stay there by $513.26. They charged his card 6 separate times for a 2 night stay. When I called the owner, very rude and told me to take my complaint to Donald Trump, said f--k you and hung up on me.
Tiger Plumbing in Brookville, OH took advantage of my mother in law on pricing. Over $700 just to install a toilet!!! Will never use them again and have warned all of our friends.
They will a give an A+ rating to anyone doesn't mater how horrible the company is as long as they get money from them. All you have to do is look at the reviews to figure this out. BBB what a joke.
Update: Using the BBB is still a complete waste of your time don't bother.
