The BBB-Dayton is a scam organization that does everything to protect businesses and does nothing to help consumers. The complaint process is an absolute joke in that the offending company doesn't have to take it serious and the BBB allows it to happen with no affect whatsoever to the companies rating. A company can propose any settlement and the BBB says it acted in good faith, no matter the money offered and/or whether the offer is legal under the State of Ohio consumer protection laws. They state that they are a neutral organization, but they are 100% biased towards the companies that pay them to become accredited. Don't expect them to help if the company your are complaining about is an accredited company.
