The area of garage disposal isn t glamorous I m sure! But.... I so appreciate best way and the gentleman who take care of our neighborhood. Not sure why people are so critical if the wind blows a trash can over or it s snowed several inches and trash can t be picked up that day! Thank you for all the miscellaneous things you so when no one acknowledges or even realizes ;) for answering my emails about extra bags of leaves that need to go :) for everything! Good job!

I've tired calling to speak to a billing clerk to pay my bill and was on hold for over 20 minutes. Finally I left a voice mail and never received a call back. When I got home my recycling bin had been picked up. I never had problems with Bestway. Let's see GFL they read's their reviews and will support their customers.

Yet another case where Bestway was great, and now GFL is terrible. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, there are always growing pains when one company buys another. It started with repeated missed pickups. For the first few months, then was ok for a few months, pickup was fairly steady, but was always done at the very end of the day. The last straw was a missed pickup on my normal day (Wednesday). Recycling was picked up, but garbage was not. I emailed and called alerting them to the issue. I called first thing Thursday morning requesting the trash be picked and was told a truck would be out that day. At 4:00pm no one had been by so I called back. The person I spoke with said the driver ignored the request for pickup and she would contact the supervisor to get someone out to get it by 7:00pm. No one showed at any point on Thursday. I called again Friday morning first thing and reported the issue and requested a pickup. Again I was told it was noted and a truck would be sent out. I waited until 2:00pm on Friday and it had not been picked up so I called again to try and get it picked up before the weekend. I was again promised it would be picked up by the end of the day. The office closes at 4:30 so I called again at 4:15pm and it had still not been picked up. The answered and told me a driver had been dispatched and that the trucks run until 7:00pm and it would be picked up. I asked for a number I could call after 4:30 if it wasn't picked up by 7:00pm. I was given a supervisors phone number in the event no one showed up by 7:00. I tried calling supervisor at 6:45pm as it still has not been picked up and went to voicemail, but the mailbox was full and couldn't accept messages.

The average time it took me to get someone on the phone during my 5 phone calls was about 15 minutes on hold before being able to talk to someone, not that it seemed to matter at all. I was repeatedly told a truck would come out to pickup the trash after they missed the scheduled day, and repeatedly no one showed up. It's terribly disappointing to see a company with such poor customer service. I will most likely go the route of many of my neighbors and seek alternate garbage service as this is just unacceptable. I will have the trash sit at the house over the weekend now and pile up. Maybe if this was the first time, or second, or third, but this has happened time and time again with GFL.

This company has lost another customer. Seems like a trend lately looking at the reviews. The only time we've ever seen the truck was to drop off our trash can, which has a broken wheel that fell off. Three weeks later our trash hasn't been collected once and is forming a nice little pile at the end of my driveway. They never respond to voicemail messages and when you get a live person she lies, saying that the truck is on its way, that the manager is going to come pick it up himself, etc. Tired of dealing with this BS company!! STAY AWAY!!!

They have missed their pickup multiple times previously. This last time we called 3 times, once every other day, and got 3 promises they would come and make the pickup. Each time they never showed. Had to wait another full week with rotting meat smell to keep me company. Switching companies today, thankfully it's easier to cancel their service than it is to convince them to pickup your trash. :)

I have not had my damn trash picked up for over a month now. They continue to take the money out and keep driving by my home for pickup. I am going to see them today. I am fed up with this and I want a refund for the past month. Worst service ever!!!

Less than 50% success rate on getting either trash or recycling picked up each week. When you call them no one answers and ive never received a call back after months of leaving voicemails. This company sucks and is quite literally straight garbage. Wish I had another option....

This company bought out a smaller company I have used here in Monument for 20 years who did excellent service and was reliable. My experience so far after GFL bought out the smaller company is that they are lacking in service, reliability, professionalism and quality. It's a constant headache with even trying to get someone on the phone for service when they don't do their pick ups. I don't think this is a good company in any way. I will be looking to another company for my service.

I called and paid for April. We moved out of state in May. Had to call twice to end service. They picked up the trash cans and then sent me to collections for not paying for May! Terrible company. Do not use!!!!

I was a residential customer with Bestway for about 20 years before GFL took over. Bestway was fantastic. GFL has failed in every way possible. Raised prices, poor online account services, won't return phone calls, won't answer phones, frequently missed pickups, THEN when I cancel my service, the lowlifes refer my account to collections!
