Joined this company as a fresher. After working with them for a half year now, i feel I've made the right decision of my career. I've got good exposure in my field and the colleagues here are also very supportive.
this is a fraud company which exploits Engineer at labor price, treats freshers like labors. Unfortunately my close friend worked here long back, its owner in worst in attitude, he will also notice how many personal calls you are receiving during office hours. He told my friend " you aren't getting paid to talk to your family during office hours" so he owns each of your second once you enter this 2 room company. Just imagine the micromanagement here.
Worst part is: even after working for 3 months, he got salary for one month , owner had also kept his original docs during joining so he couldn't even do anything.
4QT has been a nice experience for me for the past 6 years, have a good work life balance here and I'm happy to be a part of this growing ERP based Company.
