I worked here for about 4 years. The hours are not guaranteed and if they make a mistake, it's ok. But if you make a mistake, you have 4 different people tell you about it. Luce is nothing but Democratic push polls. I did win a big screen TV from a raffle they held. I got terminated because the Point said I cussed in an answering machine. They record every call yet they couldn't find the recording... smh. I got fired anyway. Good riddance. I really didn't like telling 85 year old women about "engorged genitalia". You think I'm lying? You'd be surprised what these people will put in a survey.
Terrible place to work. Hours are never guarenteed. Constantly being called due to change of schedule, or hours being canceled. The people suck. The only saving grace is Robert. No room at all for growth. The pay sucks. No benefits. Only work here if you're desperate.
I just got a phone call from Luce research asking me questions about politics and stuff going on. Their questionnaire was so biased and the questioned were worded in a way to invoke an emotional response and to get the end result they wanted rather than responses based on facts and the opinions of voters. So ridiculous!
Luce research is a interesting place to work and I don't mean that in a bad way. The key to this place is to be different there is acceptance and understanding and due diligence by the management staff.
Easy job, all you need is great communication skills to start the same day. No initial drug testing but of course don't come to work under the influence(common sense). Also, you make your own schedule so it's a very flexible job, just don't show up late for your own schedule..... like any job you may not like everyone but like every job you come there to work. It's easy money.
