Last year we bought a Bestron fan. Unfortunately, 1 leg was lost after I removed it from storage. In all hope of blessing a message has been sent to Bestron service. The next day I had 2 new legs in my mailbox, completely free! What a service!

Bought via Bestron ceiling fan. First, nice telephone help with installing Bestron. And when the device did not work properly, and van Blokker had to go back completely (impossible if the ceiling part is stuck with expansion bolts), Bestron helped himself and sent new ones. And friendly, and customer oriented. Toppers !!!

The worst customer support I ever saw!
I bought a product throw Check24! was Dead On Arrival!
It has been more than one month of discussion! and still I did not yet get my money back. Article was sent back two weeks ago!!

lovely children who managed to demolish my extractor hood with 1 part. had contact with the parts department this morning. after passing on the serial number, a new unit will be sent today, free of charge. I say top service in these times.

Very good service. We had bought a new vacuum cleaner and after a few months it turned out that the hose and nozzle were no longer good / broken. We were able to send the vacuum cleaner and everything is made / replaced under warranty in a few days. We no longer had a receipt and they didn't say anything about it, that's service!

I had knocked the lid off the kettle my wife had given her. Father had passed away and the kettle was no longer available. Wife sad and angry. Called Bestron and within two days a new lid for the kettle came for free. How incredibly thoughtful! Thanks Bestron for this top service!

Great service, thank you. For me, the hood of the hood lighting had fallen out and melted.
After contacting Bestron I got a new one for free.

I bought valve always comes loose .. boiling water got over my hand

After a little over a year, our vacuum cleaner hose broke. Since we were abroad at that time, I contacted if they might be aware of an international webshop where I could order a new hose.

I received a response very quickly that Bestron will send a new hose free of charge, without requesting further information. Within a week we had the new hose at home. It was no problem that this was an address abroad.

Tot 2 keer toen zijn er onderdelen van mijn Bestron blender kapot gegaan maar ik ben enorm goed geholpen door dhr. Peters van de onderdelen service, het onderdeel is ook nog eens snel geleverd. Dat noem ik klantenservice!

Last week I had called Bestron to ask if they could send a new fin for the blown-over fan. This was then sent immediately and free of charge and within 24 hours we could again enjoy a cooling breeze in the bedroom. I think this is a fantastic service that Bestron has offered. Thanks again.
