I went in at about 2:10 on a Monday for my birth certificate($28). I filled out the form and turned it in, ten minutes later they called my name, I paid the fee($1.75 charge for credit card payment) and I was out of there at 2:20 with my birth certificate. If you were born before '75 your birth certificate is mailed to you.

Called multiple times and got hung up on by employees - i have reported this to a Supervisor - not very professional!!!

My husband had to go to the Los Angeles County Department of Health Services because he had a cut that got infected and it traveled through his blood and got seriously ill quick. He was taken in right away, the doctor was nice (and funny) and they had him taken care of in a few hours. Everyone was helpful and kind to us.
