Very good service. We had bought a new vacuum cleaner and after a few months it turned out that the hose and nozzle were no longer good / broken. We were able to send the vacuum cleaner and everything is made / replaced under warranty in a few days. We no longer had a receipt and they didn't say anything about it, that's service!
