After a little over a year, our vacuum cleaner hose broke. Since we were abroad at that time, I contacted if they might be aware of an international webshop where I could order a new hose.

I received a response very quickly that Bestron will send a new hose free of charge, without requesting further information. Within a week we had the new hose at home. It was no problem that this was an address abroad.
