A nice hotel with an old style decor that is well maintained. The breakfast could be better.

Delightful little neighborhood hotel of top-notch caliber. Convenient walking-distance access to train station (with service to New York's Penn Station) and a myriad of wonderful restaurants. Kind and professional staff, quality bedding.

Fantastic renovated rooms, comfy beds and great service. The suites are great with the kitchenette, Terry cloth robes and closet space. Will definitely stay here again if in the area!

Pleasantly surprised, to get a room with kitchenette. I would highly suggest to request those rooms, if staying for any length of time.

Great staff and great facility. Loved the historic aspect. And the evening cookies. The breakfast was excellent. A little noisy with the trains running by, but very convenient to the commuter train if you are going to the city.

The amenities, room features, and location of this hotel are fantastic! We had a mini-suite complete with kitchenette, dishes and cookware, spacious renovated bathrooms, and the continental breakfast was great and well-stocked! Good service from the few hotel staff we saw. We will certainly stay here again if we are in the area!

Parents had a great stay here, and its nicely located in downtown westfield, with lots of restaurants and places to go.

The stay was very comfortable in a newly renovated room. I understand they are remodeling, but I think it would help to have staff meet you in the lobby as opposed to workers, looking at you entering a construction zone; and then going to knock on a door to alert staff a customer is there waiting to check you in.
Further, my automobile was hit while in the parking lot. The camera that is pointed at the lot, had a three hour lapse of filming, ironically at the time in which my vehicle was damaged. The manager informed me that it was my responsibility for the damage because "they allowed me to park, without charging me for the convenience"; he didn't even try to resolve the issue.

The Westfield Inn is homey & inviting. It reminds me of a Bed & Breakfast. Highly recommended!

It s an Inn. Nothing fancy nothing too crazy. In the middle of west field so you don t have to drive to hang in the town.

The location, the reception staff and check in check out was great! A shout out to Amanda and Jen! Awesome front desk staff! My suite was very spacious. As for the housekeeping and free breakfast for a vegetarian was sub par! When requested for meatless egg I was told there aren t any more eggs. Spoons were generously shared between meats and potatoes and eggs. Bagels got over and I asked if they could be replaced. I was told they need to be thawed because they re frozen?! The room smelled bad. For a stay longer than a week I had to cook since I was already paying enough to stay. No dishwasher in the suites and no space to prep food. The fridge was tiny. Couldn t fit the Trader Joe s type milk carton. May be good for a short stay but definitely not for my situation.

Service was nice, but room generally dirty (floor) had to exchange pillowcases as well (dirty) though once pointed out fixed right away. other than that looked ok

Great little place that's clean good for the night no complaints there, they were even accommodating when I had issues with my app trying to pre-book the room I walked in they were more than obliging to help me change my status and offered me a room right away the service and the place is excellent.
