2 pm to 7pm bank time
I came 5:30pm but they all close ,then who will my instal payment that one my mistake .

I have had a great experience banking with Standard Chartered bank. Their app is easy to use too. I also appreciate that they have had the chance to work with Standard Chartered bank where they assist to organize free corporate wellbeing events for companies.

Supersalary account has no minimum balance needed which is a plus.

Be careful with this bank's credit card. They charge unknown transactions on your card and you need to spend ages to complain...yet they won't listen to you.

Would have given zero star. Only 1 counter in service when theirs easily 30 people waiting.

Most terrible phone/call customer service ever experienced. Worst zero star experience with a bank and have nv had issues w other banks like dbs ocbc cimb and hsbc. Don t waste your time w this bank!

Very bad service from a guy named Albert. I was just standing looking at some brochure, he keep crossing over to my area asking me to take up some loans. When i try to reject him, he stepped back but still keep on going about some low interest rates and that i should get some loans to buy a new brompton bike!

The Consultants are not clear or consistent with the implications of their proposals, the lady told me something when I was there and then it changed the very next day in a call, no apologies, so explanation. The lack of people s skills is very clear.
