Very bad experience. Too long a check in process, over half an hour, considering we'd checked in online. Then had a room with no heat, maintenance person who flipped the breaker leaving us sitting in the dark and then was unable to fix either the heat or the lights. Had to pack our belongings with only a pen flashlight. Told there were no additional rooms only to have the maintenance person return to claim her flashlight, telling us we should have gone to the desk for keys to a new room. New room had a bathtub that should have been replaced, smoke detector covered in plastic, and no television remote. Both nights noisy visitors at 3 a.m. No offer for anything to compensate for our bad experience. Would not recommend this particular Best Western.
