The room is great; clean, nice amenities. However, when I walked to the front desk to check in the lobby REAKED of stale cigarette butts, and so did the front desk clerks!!!!

Also, Stella's - the associated diner - is NOT the best breakfast in town as they and the hotel like to advertise!! My breakfast was not hot, there were flies everywhere , and my server was oblivious in trying to pour me more coffee when I had only taken one sip! I kindly said no thank you to her and she gave me a dirty look!

Overall, the rooms are great; front desk service was rude and smelled like cigarettes and the breakfast left much to be desired. Good luck finding a nice place to stay in the slum that is Billings, MT. You'll find much better luck to stay in Bozeman, MT and make the extra two hour drive.
