I recently had some troubles with my laptop hardrive and my screen had broke. I took up here to this store and they took great care of it for me. They replaced my hardrive and fixed the hardrive in a timely manner. They gave me some good deals on some items and gave me some great advice on upkeeping for my laptop. Overall a great expierence and a great store. Would recommend to anyone.

Called in the Morning to have my computer looked at. I was able to take it to them that day. I was running on windows 7 they cleaned it up and added everything to get my computer up to speed. Very friendly people. They walked me through everything as I was concerned we wouldn't be able to maneuver through it ourselves. I was home with my computer the same day.
Waited for 20 minutes for someone to even acknowledge me, but they were too busy I guess.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience. I would recommend this computer place to anyone. They were nice and helpful even when they had to answer a million questions and probably repeated themselves a thousand times because I did not understand all of the computer terms. They were patient and made sure I understood everything.
After downloading Windows 8.1 which caused major problems with my system, they not only got me up and running at a reasonable price, but also took the time to answer my questions and teach me how to take better care of my computer. Really sketchy and defensive people work here. They are totally ripping people off with some of the items they are selling in there. I've called several times and I get nothing but extremely rude customer service every time I call or go in there. Please avoid this place at all costs. Buy online and save your time.
This business owner Dale is a SCAMMER...purchased a 100% working item from me on eBay, held it for a month, then said it didn't work. He stopped payment on his transaction and kept the working part that he purchased from me. I would NEVER do business with this person again. SCAMMER. I see others have had the same experience, this thief should be in jail.

Im not sure if these reviews are "faked" or not but I'm telling you right now the prices are NOT reasonable. I had a tablet that I bought for 60 dollars around Christmas time (brand new from walmart) a couple weeks ago I noticed the charging port was going bad. I wanted the charging port to be changed, and they estimated me just for the part and changing it to be 150, then mentioned that the screws were small so that would cost extra as well. I decided not to have them do the work obviously because ill either find someone else to do it for cheaper or just buy a whole new one. They then tried getting me to leave it there for them to "throw away", no thanks. They were probably going to fix it and then end up making money off of it. Pathetic.
Only computer store I will ever need to visit again.Owner didn't try to sell me anything I do not need and even gave me some free stuff for shopping there. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for parts ,complete systems, and especially repair because the only thing better than the products is the service that is provided in addition to quality. He's been in the business 25+ years and its very easy to see why.
I had a unique issue with propitiatory hardware. Though we were not able to resolve my issue the staff was knowledgeable, polite, and helpful. The shop was also very professional. I also did not have to talk over annoying music or with staff half my age to get a strait answer. I have been in many computer repair shops that felt like a gaming hub for children, so it was nice to communicate with actual adults in a respectful environment.
I dropped my computer causing my hard drive to quit working. I took it in there on a Thursday and by Friday it was fixed. He gave me a good price and did good work. He diagnosed on the spot and was very helpful.

As a professional software engineer, I can say that the gentlemen who work here are extremely knowledgeable, and very ethical! They won t sell you something they don t need. I enquired about something that I wasn t sure if I needed, and they told me I didn t really need it.
A lesser store would ve sold it to me anyway, but this is an honest store, and they have seriously good brand name products. Highly recommend!

Had them removed a virus that occurred on my laptop due to my own ignorance. Saw that what I was using my laptop for, and suggested I switch to a solid state hard drive, to speed up my computer. It worked. When I picked up my laptop, they gave me a demo and saw that some drivers didn't get included. Fixed it right then and there. Top notch service at a fair price.
I called and didn't leave a message, they called me back that day. When I went in to get the cord I needed for my computer, he looked at my computer and knew that I needed a new one. With a small amount of coaxing, I got a really good deal trading in my old computer and getting all my data off my old one onto my new computer in a very timely manner. I would recommend anyone to call or stop in.

These are horrible people to deal with. Completely tore apart my computer and then wanted to charge me hundreds to put it back together. I was only looking to get a new keyboard! They quoted me $45 for the job. I came back to pick it up and it's in about 200 pieces and they tell me it'll be $200+ in labor and that all these other parts are broke too. The whole computer worked great when I brought it in, except a couple buttons on the keyboard. This is ridiculous! Very shady and weird people work there. I talked with a guy named DALE there.

I should have known when I walked in here to expect poor service...dark, dingy, mediocre looking retail floor with junk piled everywhere. The guys who I spoke to (Greg was one of them) were short with me to the point of rudeness and seemed to dismiss my problems...I felt like they thought I was just some dumb college girl so they wouldn't even listen to the symptoms on my laptop. The tech bullied me into letting him reinstall my Windows before my he even tried to look at it or fix the problems, and then when I got my computer back I had to buy all of my programs for school again....would not recommend! PS when I told other people in this town about my experience and mentioned the owner, Dale Sulser, they told me he's a real slimy dirtbag and they weren't surprised I felt ripped off....
The prices are very reasonable and the staff knowledgeable about what they do. They are also very nice and fixed up my computer in no time at all. I will go to them before anyone else.

BUYER BEWARE!! Replaced part and did not fix problem. I was told part was sent back and I would be refunded. I never got a refund. Employee tells me one thing owner tells me another. I was cheated out of $100. These people are not organized or honest. I simply wanted my $ back for the returned part (as I was told would happen) and owner refused. This is stealing and I will never bring anything there again.
I stopped in today after checking with my old computer store (that is no longer my "old" computer store) and spoke with Dale about getting a used computer for our church. What a pleasant experience! He went above and beyond to get me just what we needed. I now have a "new" computer store!

Best price or best service? Personally, I like getting what I paid for. When I have a computer problem, the last thing I want is for some bonehead to rip into my computer and then only charge a few bucks for it. I was better off before I took it to them!! Man....sucks. Now it's really a wreck!!! But it was "cheap" Yeah.
