Our first time at Berthon Marina and thank goodness we decided to stay here. I cannot say thank you enough to the brilliant staff who helped me through a very difficult time. My husband was taken seriously ill and the staff have been so helpful and kind. They put my mind at rest while I sorted out how we would get the boat back to the Medway.
The facilities are excellent, fabulous showers, excellent position for the town. The pontoons are wide and very sturdy, very much appreciated by someone who has mobility problems.
We have stayed in many marinas and this is now my NO 1, hopefully once my husband is back to full health we will be back. Thank you again to the Berthon Team.

Good customer service from the friendly staff and excellent facilities however pricey compared to other marinas.

I highly recommend the Yacht Maintenance & Repair (YMR) team at Berthon who helped me decontaminate water-polluted fuel at short notice, totally saving our holiday.

The RYA British Keelboat Academy Offshore Training Weekend stopped at Bethon's this winter.
The team could not have been more helpful in making sure we could put our two boats beside each other to ensure easy briefings and the onshore facilities were absolutely first class.
Highly recommend.

After calling for information they said they couldn't help me on choosing paint full gloss or semi. I bet if I was there with a load of money he would be more than happy to help.

Used Berthons a couple of times actually, recently after a long delivery it was very simple early in the morning to get a berth and also advise for a friend who has a Windy that had engine issues, where the team were very responsive even over the weekend getting back to us in minutes with help and advise.

Great customer service always received from all the staff, I keep a boat there and the lads in the yard and office staff have always been great. Close to the town centre and Quay with ample private parking Berthons is ideal for locals and visitors alike.

Brought my yacht here for some repair work. Couldn't be happier with the work. All carried out to a high standard and excellent service. The staff couldn't do enough to help.

Purchase a yacht from them the customer service is exelent the staff are very helpful.close to the town centre with good places to eat .well worth a visit, and of course easy access onto the Solent.
