Negative experience, bitterness, disappointment for the gas cooker. GERMANY. at the age of 66 it is the first rip-off I get from an appliance and I'm talking about the gas stove paid for almost 800 euros. The model is 90x60 cm (type M9SV). THE 4 RUINED GRILLS AND TWO STAINED STOVES AFTER ABOUT 20 days. The UNIEURO CENTER OF SAN CESAREO TOLD ME THAT THE ASSISTANCE CENTER REPORTED THAT THE GRIDS ARE DAMAGED AND IT IS NORMAL, just think how they will be in a couple of months ... :( BITTER DISAPPOINTMENT AND MONEY THROWING THE WIND.

This is the worst product I've ever bought in my life. Terrible in quality, price, and especially service. For already 7 months the stove has stood as a decoration in my kitchen and I can not do anything about it. Turning to all possible departments of the manufacturer, I did not receive a single answer! I still hope for a miracle that someone will answer me and help in solving the problem

I visited the factory with the help of the Bertazzoni family through the Mas household appliances, and I must say sincerely it is without a shadow of a doubt they are special people, kind, polite, hospitable, competent, avant-garde, patriots, I felt like I was at home. A year ago I bought a Bertazzoni hob, I didn't know the brand, but I still decided to buy it also at the suggestion of the seller. unfortunately it was a wrong choice. already after six months two out of four stoves no longer worked (did not maintain the flame). now, that is, year after purchase, the kitchen is practically unusable: only one cooker works and the click of the ignition does not stop. I contacted the assistance, obviously being under warranty, and after almost two months and hundreds of phone calls they finally arrived. as soon as they arrived after about half an hour they said they had to bring it and that within a few days (4 to be exact) they would bring it back. they also added that the kitchen was not working due to my neglect, but keep in mind that I only had two kitchens and both changed after almost 15 years.
are now 3 weeks and still nothing.
So beware of all they are bad quality products and the assistance is even worse.
consider that positive reviews are made in the short term.

wondering if it really helps buying a supergood quality flagship product helps. In this instance our dual fuel Bertazzoni range cooker developed fault with the oven. Bertazzoni conveniently directed us to After Sales & Repairs (a third party called 0800 repairs). once contacted, 0800 repairs directed us to another subcontractor called Capital Repair. money was taken straightway for the visit to check on the issue. since the visit on 26th October there was no information or communication till 22nd Nov. If contacted during this time, Capital Repairs decided to be rude on the phone and not ready to help. A formal written complaint was sent to Bertazzoni (inc head Office) on 22nd nov. All that has happened since is Bertazzoni UK office forwarded the letter to Capital Repairs. Our demand for refund of money is still pending till date. not sure if there is any expectations of better service one can have from a brand like Bertazzoni. Extremely disappointed and now have to get mediation services involved to get the money back.....

After countless phone calls, I learned that the glass guarantee only covers the first six months of purchase. I am thus forced to pay a fair price to be able to continue using the oven of an almost new tool.
