its been almost 6 years and still no settlement check as promised. They had me sign some documents to release the funds to me back in July 2019. After they received the forms, they refuse to return my calls. For the last 7 months, I ve left numerous messages for Erin to find out where my settlement went or where the case is as stands. The secretary Chrissy continues to fill me with empty promises for a call back. I ve filed a report with the BAR association. I m curious to know how many others who were involved in the leviquin class action lawsuit are still waiting for a response,settlement or call back from this group? If so, please reach out!
