Because they are sorting mine and my brothers rent out the staff there are very friendly and treat you as a person and not like someone who rents one of there properties
So we had a Bernicia work crew outside our house and all day they just dumped their rubbish under the van and left it. Rang to complain and ask someone to clean it up and was told that it would be logged as feedback. I had to clean up after those scruffy planks! Clearly a crappy company with a bad attitude!
What can I say I've been in a property of bernicia homes for 6 weeks now I had to ring an emergency repair for the first time because my smoke alarms were going nuts for no reason and when you have epilepsy 4 smoke alarms going at one time for no reason is not good. AND THEY WERE AT MY HOUSE IN 15 MINS,hope you keep up your quick response to emergencys
Absolutely disgusting service! Don't no how many appointments have been made for different repairs and gas services, waited in all day and noone turned up.. Rang and they cannot explain what happened but expect you to wait in and waste another day for them to come out! Burgurlar alarm going bisterk all day, rang to explain the problem, to be told someone will be out tonight, we have put it down as urgency emergency.. Waited in all day and nothing, alarms still blaring keeping everyone awake in the street and especially my little children who are in the front bedrooms and have to be up for school in the morning! As soon as its for there rent, they are straight on the phone. Wouldn't recommend to anyone, such a bad experience!!
Bernicia advertising a job and the first page of application they ask for your National Insurance Number which is really not appropriate. It is an unsecure website page and if you provide the information this can leave you open for identity theft and other risks. Not good.

Even 1 star seems too much for them!!!! Wouldnt recomend anyone who is young or have any vunrability especially mental health, to have anything to do with bernicia. Nothing but bullies especially stewart attitude is rediculous
