We feel SO LUCKY to have found Hickory Pet Inn. From the moment we called for information, the service was top notch. The staff is so caring and attentive. Our dogs LOVED IT THERE.

Benny has been staying at Hickory since he was a Puppy. Anytime I go out of town, I know he's being taken care of.

The staff that I have met over the years are great. A few faces have come and gone over the past nine years but most have been around a while.

My only complaint is when they started changing their price structure around, but the new owner seems to be going back to the way it was before on pricing. He also is already improving other areas that were outdated (such as going digital vs paper).

They cut a piece of our dogs ear, need I say more..
SAVE YOURSELF A TRIP TO THE HOSPITAL

Had a very good experience there today. Their COVID-19 routine was explained in the appointment confirmation voicemail. You call them when you've parked in the parking lot. You share your pet's history, meds, and reason for the visit with the tech over the phone. After that, they come to your car to take your pet into the hospital. The vet then calls you back to discuss the findings and treatment, then the tech brings your pet and meds back to you. Each case is different of course, but mine didn't require more than that. Also, the appointment didn't take any longer than usual.

We absolutely love Hickory Pet Inn! Our boxer, Bowe, has been boarded there on numerous occasions and now attends playgroup. The people who work there are so kind and spoil him rotten when we are away. Highly recommend!

Never had an issue. Our dog is always clean and happy when we pick him up. Staff are friendly and courteous and respectful. They take him out a lot and don't keep him in the cage all weekend. Many walks and time with other pets.

Our dog has a cough and we noted it and they saw that and took him for a medical checkup. They said it's an allergy and aren't alarmed by it. They are attentive to what conditions he has.

The prices are to be expected. You pay for good care of your pet.

I know I can trust leaving my pet at Hickory Pet Inn. And my dog, Relly, loves it there. It's a win-win

Great service and convenient location. We have boarded our large shepherd/husky dog here at least a dozen times. They require all dogs to be up-to-date on vaccines and shots. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.
