WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY BUSINESS!!!! They will steal your money and give zero options for you to communicate with them about it. This company should be shut down. I will never be using this company nor dell for working with such a scummy company.

I am not a client but an end receiver of a gift card. I followed all the instructions on the paper attached to the card but I am unable to activate my card! I called the support number on the paper and the card and it was just a robot machine that repeat itself over and over and there s no lead to getting a real person. Now my card is locked and still I can t get a person. I found a report for lost card and the robot asked me for my SIN number! Why? And finally the robot said I can get you to a live agent for $2.....?umm....what?

If you are a company that want your clients to come back to you. Don t use this company. Because this is the worse gift card I have ever received... if you can call this s gift card. More like a fraud.

Worst! Bought something for about $30 and returned...

Worst! Bought something for about $30 and returned it that day. The berkeley website showed that it was refunded, but my balance showed as if I was charged another $30! Tried speaking to a customer rep but they wanted information that was not on my online profile. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - charged $2.50 each time I spoke to someone AND MY PROBLEM WAS NEVER RESOLVED!

I have been a corporate client for many years and am continually dissatisfied year after year by their terrible customer service. And I tell them that too, and they just don't care. Maybe it's because we are a small account, not enough of a priority for them. It's no surprise that the only good reviews on here are from internal employees and partners in an attempt to boost their rating back up. I can't seem to get answers to my account questions, thought I'd try here and see if I can get any response. Anyone there willing to help?

I ordered the couple gift card for my clients and received fulfillment notice by their system email on April 01, 2019, saying all the card should be delivered within around 10 working days after leaving fulfillment center. in the middle of April, one of my client asked me the update of delivery, so I sent the email to their BPS support team, no response, I kept writing the email every 2 - 3 days, again, no response. I called the their office multiple time during the different time , no body answer the call. On April 30, another client also phoned me about their cards. so I called their boss (by looking at directory) and made the formal complaints, and he said he will look into this matter and said will get me back within couple hour on that day. there was no call back on April 30. On May 1, I called again their office and tried boss, BPS team and accounts team, no one answer the call. there is no customer services at all. We have been with them for two years, it was ok before, though they made some errors, but corrected, anyway. I did not know what happened to this company. we will not use it again.

I was issued a prepaid visa card from this company. I have been unable to activate the card with the information that they provided me. I called them for help and they told me that the only thing that they could do for me would be to send me a replacement card for a fee of $20. The girl that I was speaking with was absolutely uninterested in helping me solve the situation. I am very unhappy with this service.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!!! i bought something with a prepaid mastercard i got from them and i returned the merchandise i bought, its been over a month and money is still not back in my account. they keep telling me they have no record of it... i lost my money now!!! absolutely unacceptable. i am escalating this to the BBB. not to mention you have to do extensive research to find a contact number for these scammers

Ever since ScotiaBank switched to Berkeley for their point system gift cards we have been unable to activate the card on the website. On every occasion we had to call them and they would activate the card but would never tell us what the problem was or what they could do to rectify it. Also very frustrating trying to get a live agent. Terrible service.

Customer service hits an all time low with this company. It will take you several calls to get a rep on the phone who is capable of doing his job. And yes they will you charge you for helping you for everything from checking your balance to replacing a stolen card

Please PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY THING WHATSOEVER . After they canceled my program for a reason which made no sense. They try to input transaction by duplicating the amount twice. Little did they know that I made copies of all transaction that was made with the cards and also the original receipts and photos of the card balance from the mycardholdersupport.com which they were quick to closed in order to avoid us from getting the card statements. I have ask for my funds and they are refusing to return my full amount. This company is setup to steal your money.

had a lost card and requested replacement in April this year. Never received a new one and was trying to call or send the company an email, not being able to when I went to their websites. Customer service doesn't exist for this company.
