I ordered the couple gift card for my clients and received fulfillment notice by their system email on April 01, 2019, saying all the card should be delivered within around 10 working days after leaving fulfillment center. in the middle of April, one of my client asked me the update of delivery, so I sent the email to their BPS support team, no response, I kept writing the email every 2 - 3 days, again, no response. I called the their office multiple time during the different time , no body answer the call. On April 30, another client also phoned me about their cards. so I called their boss (by looking at directory) and made the formal complaints, and he said he will look into this matter and said will get me back within couple hour on that day. there was no call back on April 30. On May 1, I called again their office and tried boss, BPS team and accounts team, no one answer the call. there is no customer services at all. We have been with them for two years, it was ok before, though they made some errors, but corrected, anyway. I did not know what happened to this company. we will not use it again.
