It was both reassuring and pleasing to visit a car showroom who whilst clearly taking the covid situation seriously with measures put into place also managed to retain a welcoming atmosphere. I was looked after by Will who clearly knows the product very well and dealt with my enquiry from the start. Upon collecting my Bentley (a used GT) I was treated like royalty and met the the head of business Alan Coleman who took the time to congratulate me and used a phrase that made me feel special celebration of my success I really felt appreciated and have already recommended this showroom to friends.

I was treated like a King from the moment i walked in. Buying a lower tier car than they usually sell (Ford Mustang) i was expecting to be hurried out the back and dealt with quickly out of sight of the regular caliber customer. Nope, i was given a level of service i've not experienced before by polite professionals who'm i was thrilled to be doing business with. What an experience, one i'll never forget. Thanks so much guys.
It s Been an interesting Journey and i have removed my story for lots of reasons and all are mine reasons but things need to improve before i would walk back in those doors again
HR Owen are simply the best. There is no need to visit our dealerships. They have it all: service, friendly staff, helpful, with a thorough knowledge of their products in a relaxing environment.
Great Bentley dealer! Kind and motivated sales person. As international clients we are looking for the best service avalible. We have not the time to deal with problems and excuses in the luxury car world. Here the sales people understand international clients. Nothing is too much trouble. Outstanding!
Wanting to buy a Bentayga, we were dealing with Maria, upon arrival the car was sold, Maria said she tried to contact us, I had my doubts but did not say anything at the time, we had a look in a couple of cars which was fine. Maria then said she would call me in a week to arrange a 24 hour hire of a Bentayga.... there was no call. I phoned again today and a message was left, again no call back. You really would think that a name like HR Owen would have better customer service, this could have been such an easy sale too.... baffled.
I hardly ever bother writing reviews but today I feel I really have too so here I go
Four weeks ago I walked into Bentley Surrey to look at a car that I had seen on the forecourt unfortunately I was told it had just been sold the sales guy Ian he asked me exactly what car colour and spec I was interested in and went through their inventory to try and help then took all my details and said they would get back to me
Over the next few days Ian emailed me and tried to source a car that meet my requirements, I went back to the showroom where all the staff made me feel really welcome and totally at ease no pressure sales no high and mighty airs just a great experience
I was introduced to Paul kempster who showed me the the new GT and explained its merits and new technology and all the options this model had to offer the time information Paul and his team gave to me really made me feel at home
Three days later Paul Kempster called and offered me a test drive on the new Gt he arranged it all and dropped the car to my office himself he went through all the details and gave a great hand over, the car was amazing to drive and with Paul and the teams help and advise I negotiated a deal with the part exchanged my existing Range Rover
So thanks Paul Kempster, Ian Mclure and all at Bentley Surrey 5 stars very well deserved
First time I ve used this Bentley franchise. Was really blown away by Christians attention to detail and service. Cannot recommend enough. Easiest car transaction in a long time

I bought a 2010 GTC from the dealership , great sales process. We had an issue with the air suspension which is common with the GTC once it hits around 70k miles, the guys recovered the car, provided me with an Audi A6 and dealt direct with the warranty company even taking payment direct from them meaning I didnt have to fork out and claim back
Can t review the service as I had arrived after closing hours - but appreciated the overall care and attention given to the general appearance of the showroom from outside.
We are a car bodyshop in high Wycombe and found these guys simply by google . Had a difficult situation with a set of Bentley alloy wheels that had been fitted to a Vw . This is the kind of job no one wants to get involved with however I called Andy in the spare parts department. He took 20 mins to track down the exact parts I needed , complete gentleman ( I would of ran out of patience) and had them delivered to our premises in 48 hrs . Outstanding customer service highly recommend these guys . Thanks Again Andy
Not even worth one star! In this day and age I struggle to deal with people who are rude and obnoxious, and detest even more liars.
I called this business on Monday, speaking to Maria in Sales, about Mulsanne, specifically discussing lead times and also whether bespoke colours were an option, as with Porsche and Aston Martin.
Explaining that I was away on business for 3 days, Maria said that she would post to myself a brochure which would comprehensively answer all of my questions. She even asked if anybody would be at my property the following day for them to hand deliver a copy. My response was "No" and I left it on the understanding that a copy was being posted.
Move forward to Friday ... 4 days later, and no brochure in the post upon my return. Called the dealer, and the lady answering the telephone apologised and said that she could either post a copy to myself or have one hand delivered. She was to get Maria to call me back.
Next, I receive a call from Paul Kempster, the character to whom I referred in the first paragraph. This person proceeded to lecture me, saying that I had visited a number of H R Owen premises in the past but had never purchased a car from them. Maria hadn't advised me of this criteria during our conversation, and had she made any reference to their being part of the H R Owen Group, I would have terminated the call there and then, as rudeness seems to be a trait specific to them.
I was then told "Do you realise that these brochures are really heavy? You are quite welcome to come to our showroom, configure a car and we could possibly give you a brochure at this time"
I DON'T need to "realise" anything. It is NOT polite to speak to a potential customer in such a manner.
I terminated my call with Mr Kempster and rang Bentley Motors direct, who were more than interested in this feedback, and said that the matter would be dealt with accordingly, before being more than helpful in putting me in touch with a more professional dealership
I was looking for advice and help when considering purchasing a Bentley GTC from Bentley, Surrey. I was directed to Alan Tierney who was absolutely fantastic. His knowledge in the product is 1st class and his passion in his sales role was there for all to see. I would suggest anyone interested in the Bentley product ask for Alan. Excellent service and commitment.

i have been using Bentley Surrey for nearly 10 years now and i will never ever use any other dealership for Bentley,in this time i have purchased 6 new cars and the service we have recieved has been outstanding.There is always a coffee waiting for me and nothing is too much trouble,i wish i could say this about other dealerships i have used but the truth simply is H R Owen give the best possible service.I live in Devon so the 350 mile roundtrip can be a bind but the general manager and his team always make it worth while,keep up the goodwork guys were be back!!!Orignally posted this feedback a year ago and always like to give updates,so were nearly at the end of 2019 now and Bentley Surrey has given us sublime service this year which as led us to buy not one not two Bentleys this year from them but 3,each car being beautifully prepared and as always the team has made it a very special event when we collect the cars.Nothing is to much trouble and we feel its like a second home to us,probably as the 3 cars could buy a house lol,the whole team deserve a special mention and theres too many of them to name individually but we refer to them as our bentley family.Keep up the great work guys and see you no doubt in 2020.
