Bennett Williams has been a very proactive and solution based organization to partner with on both acquisitions and property management. Specifically, Abe Kahn and his team have worked on strategy to identify investments while Chris Seitz and his team has performed property management. From the senior leadership of Chad and Brad though every person I have been in contact with, professionalism, integrity and doing what is right to serve all parties has been the single objective from everyone at Bennett Williams.

I am a tenant in a building managed by Bennett Williams. Communication is poor at best. Calls are not returned, requests for supporting documentation is "sent to accounting" and lost for months on end. as a business owner I feel that my business is not respected or appreciated. Unfortunately this company has the majority of listing in the area where I have my business located. I would love to not have to deal with them and find a company that values its tenants.

Partnering with Blake and Walker on a long term lease deal - these guys are sharp and very responsive! Strong Teamwork!

I m giving them 5 stars to help even out the average, but in truth it is more like 4 stars. Bennett Williams used to be a difficult property management company to deal with, but they have improved greatly! I have rented a commercial space through them for almost 12 years. The response to issues is now spot-on, with great communication and a lot of effort to meet tenant needs. Any imperfection in service could easily be due to an individual landlord s desire to save money rather than a lack of concern on the part of Bennett Williams. After improving so much, I hate to see them have a 2 Star average since many reviews may have been written years ago. Hence, the 5 stars.

I have had experience with them twice and both of time it was smoother and the brokers are so friendly and I was dealing most of the time with ABE Khan who was great at answering calls, emails or text whenever i have questions. thank you for taking care of it.

Really nice venue, great views from the lawn area,and really easy to access

The Bennett-Williams office is clean. Hand sanitizer is available throughout the office. There are open parking spaces close to the office.

Called to list a 2.04 acre property zoned community commercial. Spoke with Karen Neiderer on a Thursday. She said she would run comps and call me on the following Tuesday. She never called. I texted her on that following Thursday asking if she had a chance to run the comps and she said she would call me in the morning. That was three days ago. Obviously they do not want my business. It would have been nice if she would have just said that instead of wasting my time.
