I m giving them 5 stars to help even out the average, but in truth it is more like 4 stars. Bennett Williams used to be a difficult property management company to deal with, but they have improved greatly! I have rented a commercial space through them for almost 12 years. The response to issues is now spot-on, with great communication and a lot of effort to meet tenant needs. Any imperfection in service could easily be due to an individual landlord s desire to save money rather than a lack of concern on the part of Bennett Williams. After improving so much, I hate to see them have a 2 Star average since many reviews may have been written years ago. Hence, the 5 stars.
