I am a tenant in a building managed by Bennett Williams. Communication is poor at best. Calls are not returned, requests for supporting documentation is "sent to accounting" and lost for months on end. as a business owner I feel that my business is not respected or appreciated. Unfortunately this company has the majority of listing in the area where I have my business located. I would love to not have to deal with them and find a company that values its tenants.
