Food not to my liking but it's a friendly environment.. chef is very entertaining.

Food was good the wait time was 45 minutes I went on a Saturday though maybe that s why,

New Layout. Still... It's a great experience. Food is excellent.

Closed for renovation ... but they forgot to change it on fb TripAdvisor Google etc.

Good tourist trap, esp. if have kids -- can watch the chefs prepare the food right in front of you. But portions are skimpy. Good entertainment.

Food is great. I didn't give it a 5 star because the wait time is way to long even when making a reservation. Than after they set you there is another wait time for someone to take your order. Than there is another wait time for your cook to finally come to the table.

those who do not know the system of this restaurant, I tell you that there are eight people who sit at the table that is a rectangle with a very hot plate where the chef cooks what is going to eat. It is very entertaining, the food is very good and you can eat different preparations with rice with red meat, chicken, shrimp or lobster and other fish such as tuna, swordfish ... the chef's show on the plancha is worth seeing and the Handling knives is impressive, they maintain the level of quality over the years since my first visit to a Benihana Tokyo was in the year 1981 in Los Angeles (Lax)

Worst place ever no aircodition!!! Its not benihana its benizauna!!!

I went here one time got sick and they Took a Extra $50 off my bank card and the manager was no help when I Called I Was Disrespect I would Never Go There Again

I regularly stop getting some food in here. I liked the swift service and well prepared food. They never disappoint.

Wonderful place to go for special occasions. The service is great if you go during lunch time M-Th the prices are much more reasonable but if course you're paying for the atmosphere. You can also purchase small figurines from the resturant. They have a ninja, buddha, dragon and other options as well. If you plan to eat for two and have alcoholic drinks prepare for a 100 bill

alas, there was a time. but our grandsons love this place and so we take them. smoke makes me come home and throw my clothes into the laundry and then hop into a shower and clean off the smell.indeed, it's busy until 11pm so it doesn't matter when you go. everyone seems to be having a birthday party.

Avoid this benihana or just all benihanas. I have a lot of feelings about benihana and none of them are good.

We were seated very late for our reservation. The staff was on edge and unkind.

Our waiter spoke so softly we couldnt understand him and he couldnt understand us. We ordered an asahi and were brought sake. When we sent it back, it took 30 minutes for the drinks to appear. He came back to refil water only once.

The waiter forgot to ask what kind of rice we wanted so all 9 people at our table were disappointed with steamed rice instead of fried.

The service was bad and the food was meh. The chef seemed uninterested in putting on a show which is the whole point of hibachi.

Our waiter was Rodolfo. The chef was Romeo. We got charged for extra things on our bill as did other people at the table. The waiter was completely unapologetic.

Since our GIANT EXPENSIVE drinks were so late. We were still finishing them after the food was gone. The staff really wanted us to leave so they could turn the table over

Why? Why is shrimp included with tofu steak but not vegetables.

We made reservations and for a party of 7 and 1 person was 10 mins late. We were told that we had to have all parties there before being seated. it took 2 hrs before we got a table. The ladies at the door were very matter a fact about the whole thing.
We were eventually seated and had a very entertaining chef. The food was ok if we were not all starving from the wait it would have been better. $$$

For me, great cocktails $11 regular price...and of course the food.

The atmosphere was lively food was cooked to perfection.

It was a very nice experience overall, but even though we reserved a table we had to wait another 40 minutes.
The food was only nice, for that price I expected more, even though you pay for the show.

45 minute wait on a 5pm reservation with kids - it is tough to bounce back from that. The steak was good, but the rest not so much. We did it.

Waited way to long for my reservations. Almost 2 hour wait. They Need to get organized better and should not continue too over book !!!!!

Can't speak for the food, atmosphere was fine we were 20 minutes early for a 6:00pm reservation at 6:30 we checked status to find there was a party of 20 that was 30 minutes behind as well. We left our buzzer with the couple at bar who was there for over two hours. At least we enjoyed our two drinks, $25 with tip... Oh well

If you haven't been to a hibachi restaurant yet, please do because it's a cool experience. The chef comes to your table and prepares your order right in front of you. They also sprinkle cool tricks and humor while cooking which makes it even more fun.

The restaurant has decent but limited vegetarian options. The ones that are available are decent but nothing to write home about. Meat eaters on our table loved the food. I'll probably be back with a guest to have them experience this but not necessarily for the food.

I had never been to a Benihana before and I love hibachi, so I was pretty thrilled to visit! I was not disappointed. The food was yummy and the chef was entertaining. Overall, I'm sure there are better hibachi places we could have tried but this one was worth the visit.

Not worth hype, it s more of a cuisine restaurant. The noodles were exceptional I will say that.

First time there before a week and i was with my best friend, his first time to. We were suprised from the staff which were amazing, really friendly and helpful with the orders. The food was delicious and the drinks were really interesting. The price for this location is great.

Wait time was extremely long even if you have reservations, waitress is rude and took long to refill my drink, chief was also not entertaining at all!!!

My friends took me here for my birthday and had a great time. Food is fantastic and loved the whole table cooking experience.

The waiting was long ..they did not ask us if we want to eat sushi only or we want stir fry or if we want to share the seating ... so waited for 29 minutes then we I had to go back down for sushi only and waited for another 20 minute only for the waiter to come and take our order then the service was very slow and all the waiters are sad and tired ...

The wait is extremely long. Then it seems to cater to tourists. My food was not cooked correctly twice. The irony of that is that the food is prepared right in front of you.

I had a good time with my friends for my birthday the food was good even though the Benihana chef was not all that impressive we waited an hour for a table upstairs to see the theatrics but to be honest he wasn't that great he wasn't bad but he wasn't that great I've seen better at Benihana

benihana is a great place to eat for dinner if ur in to a chef cooking in ur face hibachii style the decor is faboulos and the staff is well manner the foodis off the charts love how they cook in face and joke with u while waiting and they put on a show which tops it all off.. best place for a first date u wont be disappointed

If you are hungry, order an appetizer or a sushi roll since it will take a while for you food to get from the grill to your plate! Also, highly recommend adding mushrooms to whatever you order. They are so good!

We made restorations at for 9:15pm and arrived around 9:10pm. We waited almost an hour to be seated and their were walk-ins getting seated quicker. The food was small portions compared to any other Benihana I have been too in North America. The hostess was not very polite and to be honest this is the first time I would not recommend going to a Benihana but this is one you should skip!

So I have never been to a Benihana in my entire life. The wait time was great only about two minutes and my party was upstairs ready for service. Our waiter Rockstar was amazing, he asked if it was our first time ever at Benihana. It was so he explained the whole Benihana experience to us personally and gave us his opinions on what to order and gave us a suggestion to get the fried rice, which was a great call by him. He later explained to us the salad and soup are the first corse to the meal. He even called me Champ! Overall the food was good, the restaurant was clean, but the waiter Rockstar was the real star of the meal he deserves 5 stars personally! Rockstar your parents picked the perfect name for you because you really are a ROCKSTAR!

The food was very good as usual. Didn t enjoy the garbage smell coming from the garbage trucks on the street. Also make sure you READ: entree is supposed to come with ice cream or Sherbert. Waiter will not remind you if you don t remember! Also gratuity was $30 but waiter did bare minimum. Make sure to speak with waiter to adjust your tip, don t feel forced. IT IS SUGGESTED NOT MANDATORY.

Awful. My drink tasted like syrup. Way toooo sweet. Food was cold, Vegetables were salty, couldn't eat them. Absolutely don't recommend this place.

Was ok, didn't really enjoy the food too much to be honest but the service was excellent.

They had us waiting for 2 and a half hours then said we would be seated in another 45 minutes so we left.

We had a family dinner here and it was fun! Food was good and service was decent. They did all the habachi tricks. It was a good time.

Not only was the food delicious but it allowed us to refuel as we continue the fight against Covid-19. The gesture reminds us we are all in this together and the delivery allows us to get fed and back to the lab in less time.

It's okay it's like the show is good with the food and all but sitting with a bunch of strangers it's not that fun if you do go go like a party of 8 and you have the whole table to yourself but sitting with strangers it sucks the fun is not the same

Friendly staff, they give you a call back on the number listed on reservation in case you manage to forget your cell phone these days so that was very nice of them. If you like Japanese food and somebody cooking right in front of you and banging cooking utensils then you should give them a try

Although I have experienced teppanyaki/ hibachi cooking many a times at different venues and loved it , I wanted my S.O. and I to get the benihana experience and we loved it. The service was very good/ attentive and the place was very clean. There was no wait time, as we had a reservation. The food was very tasty and plentiful, although portions are smaller We were also served quick but not rushed to finish earlier, which i found very classy. The parting flavor in one's mouth was a little bland ( I.e. shrimp and chicken ) but delicious never the less. The chicken fried rice was divine, not greasy, so please consider coughing up three dollars extra. Our chef hoqq put on a fantastic show and was very funny and engaging. The waiters sang happy birthday to my S.O. in english and japanese and presented him with an ice cream like sundae and took a picture of us for free. I would definitely come back again.

Decent meal, fun experience for kids, but not what it used to be.

Benihana just isn't the Benihana that once was. The food show seems old and tired and not as exciting. The place is crowded and slightly disorganized. We had a reservation, but waited more than a half hour after it, and even then, we were only shown to our table after we asked if they had forgotten about us.

Always love Benihanas. The servers werent as great but i still left enjoying the food.
