The owners of this business always find a way to avoid paying the proper amount to its workers. They would often take time off of lifeguards' paychecks to avoid paying extra to lifeguards. The managers and board members of this lifeguard company do not do anything to make the company better. Instead they are abusive on teenagers whenever they get a complaint by the HOA. The adults running this business take no responsibility for anything and blame teenagers. I do not recommend working for this company for minimum wage.
