Benesys is the worst company for medical claims. I have contacted Benesys for over a month and a half for correction of a claim they made the mistake on. Nobody knows what they are doing! If Benesys is the company that processes your claims, Beware! Read each and every Explanation of Benefits (EOB) they issue, and check for bundling of procedures, especially lab tests. They make many mistakes, usually at the detriment of the patient. It has gotten worse over time and their Explanation of Benefits is not the best for explanation of the claim.
