Worst experience ever. They were recommended by architect and builder, but I can t understand why. Although from what I have been told they used to be good and have deteriorated in both quality and service. We remodeled and needed all new cabinets. They did drawings for us to approve. That took forever, but it was after Harvey and they were backed up. When the cabinets came some were not measured properly and did not fit. They had to redo shelving in library 3 times to get it to fit. The medicine cabinets had to be redone twice because they did not fit the space. I think the quality is terrible for the price you pay. I certainly my don t believe we got our money s worth. Getting them to come back and fix anything is a struggle and when they do come out they try and tell you it s just supposed to be that way. You have to push back or they probably won t fix it. I could go on and on. They are just terrible. I would not recommend them to anyone. If fact if someone were to tell me they were thinking of using them I would tell them not to. I think builders should stop recommending them too.

Benedettini has been amazing to us after the storm. We ve had great service over the phone and in person. Though they typically only work with builders, they graciously took on all the affected clients and are working us into their production schedule una very timely manner. We are very grateful.

110% Satisfied 5 STARS! Our house flooded and we needed new cabinets. Benedettini Cabinetry worked with us to design cabinets that fit our space and our style perfectly. They were professional and the installer was experienced and courteous. Having to start over after our house was flooded was rough, but Benedettini made getting the cabinets easy and quick. They are BEAUTIFUL! The personal stamp on the inside of the cabinets is a great touch. We couldn t be happier.

Bought brand new cabinets that were not finished correctly. Have been calling trying to get them to fix over the past 2 months. I would stay away strictly because of their customer service. They were trying to blame me the whole time for their bad production that they eventually admitted to. It s embarrassing inviting anyone into our new house. Will update this once they remedy.

Update: all cabinet doors replaced. About 2 weeks in and no issues.

Update 2: 3 months in and still no issues.

I don't usually leave reviews online, but I figured this deserved some sort of recognition.
Recently, Benedettini Cabinetry installed cabinets in my new house, and I am beyond satisfied to say the least! They provided great customer service through out the entire process, and my house looks beautiful. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of quality cabinets.

We recently used Benedettini Cabinetry for our custom cabinets. They have the most extensive color, stain and finish selection I have seen. From start to finish we had such a positive experience. Communication was wonderful; with production updates and scheduling installation dates. Our cabinets look amazing and the quality can t be beat as far as I m concerned. We moved in recently to a new home where Benedettini was contracted to do all our cabinets. The initial installation was way below par. A kind and capable gentleman named Joseph was sent out after we closed to fix (repair and trim out appropriately) Our cabinets throughout the house and he did a phenomenal job. But the follow up from this company to our several inquiries has been non-existent. We ve been literally trying to reach them for several months to have someone call us back to add additional cabinets to our home, since they are custom and we d like the additional pieces to match. After reaching out no less than five times via phone and email I still can t get a response. I d recommend not using this vendor if you have an option.

I used Benedettini Cabinetry to build out my high-end study. I'm a psychologist and books are my life. As my wife says, you live in your study. I could not be more pleased with the results. My study came out exactly as I had imagined it in my head. I'm a nut on quality and I was not disappointed with the quality of the cabinets and workmanship. I worked with Chris B. and he was amazingly helpful. He was very responsive, made great suggestions regarding design and functionality, and his follow up and customer service prior to and support after the installation were equally very professional In essence, he went the extra mile throughout the process. I would not hesitate to use Benedettini Cabinetry and Chris again.

I interviewed this morning with the supervisor in the painting department @ Benedettini cabinetry. Very polite. Respectful. Seems like a person I could become friends with.

During the small tour of the place I was impressed with how clean & nice it was. In the prime booth I primed several part's. Everything went well.

And I was impressed with there booth's. Nice set up. Very organized.
Finger's crossed I hope I receive a call saying I'm hired this afternoon. And I'll be working with Benedettini starting asap. I definitely give 5 stars.
