We moved in recently to a new home where Benedettini was contracted to do all our cabinets. The initial installation was way below par. A kind and capable gentleman named Joseph was sent out after we closed to fix (repair and trim out appropriately) Our cabinets throughout the house and he did a phenomenal job. But the follow up from this company to our several inquiries has been non-existent. We ve been literally trying to reach them for several months to have someone call us back to add additional cabinets to our home, since they are custom and we d like the additional pieces to match. After reaching out no less than five times via phone and email I still can t get a response. I d recommend not using this vendor if you have an option.
