Worst experience ever. They were recommended by architect and builder, but I can t understand why. Although from what I have been told they used to be good and have deteriorated in both quality and service. We remodeled and needed all new cabinets. They did drawings for us to approve. That took forever, but it was after Harvey and they were backed up. When the cabinets came some were not measured properly and did not fit. They had to redo shelving in library 3 times to get it to fit. The medicine cabinets had to be redone twice because they did not fit the space. I think the quality is terrible for the price you pay. I certainly my don t believe we got our money s worth. Getting them to come back and fix anything is a struggle and when they do come out they try and tell you it s just supposed to be that way. You have to push back or they probably won t fix it. I could go on and on. They are just terrible. I would not recommend them to anyone. If fact if someone were to tell me they were thinking of using them I would tell them not to. I think builders should stop recommending them too.
