I cannot say enough nice things about this dealership. While I did not purchase my first HD from them - I wish I had. They did however always service my bike and did so without fail each and every time. When it came time to trade in my now very custom Fat Boy for a Road Glide Jim H was stellar - yes we went around a few times on pricing but in the end all was done fairly and a deal was made. Parts is extraordinary with working out getting things done as I have made changes to my Road Glide. Now she is in service getting a stage 3 done and Phil and Kevin have been off the chart to deal with. I guess in the end don't be afraid to ask even the smallest of detail questions, trust me I asked a lot of them to be sure I was making the right decisions on certain parts for the upgrade. In the end I am quite happy!! Go there you will be too.

I recently purchased a Harley Iron 883 from Harley Davidson of Nassau county in May of 2016. Jim, my salesman was great and helped out with the purchase. It is currently August of 2016, and I havent put many miles on my bike, around 190 miles total. From day 1 ive been having neutral problems with the bike. Finally having some spare time I was going to bring the bike in to get repaired. But after speaking with the service department and salesperson, I was told i would have to pay for them to look at the bike and do a clutch adjustment. AFTER only 190 miles on the bike, this is how a dealer treats a new customer when their having a problem!!!!!! This is crazy!!!! I will be getting a refund on my extended warranty, and i refuse to take my bike back to this location for any repairs. Im am really disappointed. The dealership was perfect up until the sale of the bike. Then, it all went down hill very fast!!!!! DONT BUY FROM HERE!!!

This is my first Harley I ever purchased in 30 years of riding.
I purchased before BMW, DUCATI, MV AGUSTA, SUZUKI and YAMAHA but I have never had an experience as this one in any other dealership or any other State I have lived.
Paul and Larry were absolutely fantastic! Harley Davidson of Nassau County on Long Island were the real reason why I purchased a Harley. If it wasn't for them i wasn't exactly thinking about this kind of bike but after dealing with them I was completely sold......and we didn't even discussed the bike.
I didn't even care about test driving it!
Because of them I bought it!
Thanks to them i will stay with Harley forever!

Totally disappointed Harley-Davidson but not having faith in our own country and starting to build bikes in the UK which helps undermine US economy

Bought my bike through them and thats not the issue its the service department thats the issue. When i bought the bike from them i added on a stage one kit and when getting my bike the bike was dirty and had some type of yellow marker on the side of the tired that wouldn't come off. Then i brought my bike back for the first 1k mile service and when i got my bike back i noticed the fork gators had been changed to used ones that looked like they've been used in a dritbike race! I was going to let that slide until my left foot peg arm fell off while i was riding!! Luckily i had just started riding so i wasn't going that fast and when i called and complained all they could say was to bring the bike in and they can solve the issue! But id have to put the foot assembly back on to do that for them to tell me that its back on! I paid $400+ for the first service and that will be my last time dealing with them and them getting my money!

Simply put these people are the best.The parts department are very helpful and knowledgeable. If you want to be in the wind ......go there!!!

I went there to look at a bike I saw online a few days earlier but sadly when I got there it was sold. I spoke with bobby (sales rep) and within 10 min he found me the exact bike I wanted in my price range and had it delivered to me in Suffolk county the very next day . I was so happy with the service and communication there I will definitely return when it s time to get a new bike. I definitely recommend coming here if you need a new or used harley.

Bought a used 2007 1200XL Sportster from here that was pre-installed with a Screaming Eagle air filter and Vance and Hines exhaust pipes. Bought the 2 year extended service plan and a screw from the intake that was on my bike when I purchased it, was sucked into the motor less than a year after purchase. Completely destroyed the motor and this is not covered by the warranty because it's a "Foreign Object" when it's from the bike itself. Harley has offered me no compensation and the motor costs 6,000$ for a rebuild. I've been without a bike for 4 months and I will NEVER buy a Harley again and recommend you really think about buying one.

Excellent customer service ! I was looking for particular items for my son as a gift. I called as their website recommended it due to limited stock. The person who answered was pleasant, transferred me to the parts department. Phil answered quickly, located the items I was seeking and advised me that he would hold them for me at the parts counter. Quick check out, great information.

Highly quality service all around. Matt was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and very professional. Mike in finance was also extremely helpful and professional.

Friendly staff, well stocked and helpful. They go out of their way to always make you feel welcomed. I've had issues come up now and then with regards to their Service department and Louis and the Service Manager Kevin always take care of me. I highly recommend them.

I am big on proper service. Matt my salesman was Awesome from start to finish. No uncomfortable sales BS, I explained what I was looking for and he made it happen. The entire staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and I felt like part of a new family after 5 minutes of being there.

I stopped into Nassau county Harley Davidson in Bellmore to take a look around and was greeted by a salesman there; Bob Kennedy...great guy, we hit it right off! I was looking at a low rider and he was extremely helpful...knowing the type of riding I was looking to do, he suggested the Road king...I checked it out and liked it- after discussing it with him, he did all the work to make it happen for me, in every way...he treated me like family and I left there today with this amazing Road King! The experience I had buying my new Sport Glide with Paul, Mike, and Byron over at Harley Davidson of Nassau County was second to none. This dealership treats you as a guest and a friend. Paul took his time to get to know the way I ride and made some great suggestions. He was always available for questions throughout the whole process. They worked with my tight work schedule to make sure I got my new bike as soon as possible. Mike, the finance manager, took the time to explain the extended warranty and service plan options in a way that just made sense. We where recently in NY to attend a family wedding. Of course we needed to get t-shirts to add to our collection. The sale staff were very friendly and helpful. I also got some great deals on the t-shirts and a regular shirt which was 60% off. Plus the cashier gave us free key chains as well

Went in with my family to find the right shirt for my brother. He lost all of his Harley shirts in a bad divorce and he was raised in Long Island. It seems that because we Judy got back from the beach and brought out kids in that we were on the radar of the older sales guy. My son, knowing that i had a Harley wandered around following me and the guy kept a bouncer-like watch over us. Of course i didn't notice this since i was answering my son's questions on the differences but my wife and cousin felt his steely eyed glare. Not sure what to make of it but definitely will think differently about wandering off the main walk in that store.

This is in response to a reply from my previous post. Byron, why is it that I couldn t be assisted yesterday? It was a simple question, and the service department wouldn t assist.

Going to NCHD is always a joy. Been there God knows how many times,100,s. Never been disappointed, always welcomed there,and a staff that will bend over backwards 4ya. Have all my work to my bike done there. Wouldn't go anywhere else. HDNC is definitely the place to go.

Joe in parts is great! Very knowledgeable and helpful. I went 5 weeks ago to pick up engine guard from him. Then I went back last weekend to pick up sissy bar and he remembered me and what bike I ride. What a great guy! As for the place it's one of the smallest dealerships I been to. I have not yet tried their service departments but I will.

We all know aside from bikes, H-D sells their own brand of clothing. Pricey, needless to say. Unfortunately, everything that I saw was made outside the USA. Why are the prices of these items still so damn expensive?

Finally bought my first Harley Davidson motorcycle. The staff at Harley Davidson of Nassau County made the whole process very easy. I highly recommend them for your next HD purchase!

I've had five or six bikes, purchased from different dealerships in different parts of the country. Nassau Harley was incredible, low-pressure amazing selection, willing to show me bikes upstairs, idea bikes downstairs when I wanted to customize. Really a great group of people all the way around from the salespeople to the parts to the sales manager.

They are the best of the best with service and staff.

Bought in for 1000 miles service.They had bike for TWO hours charged $320 for service. I gave them the oil and filter. Did not touch anything on bike. Fuel door latch and horn did not work properly on way in and way out. So....HOME OF THE $300 OIL CHANGE

Salesmen are good, sales managers try and squeeze the buck out if your pocket. Apparel is great. Parts are busy and good. Service one of the better dealer shops on Long Island, the techs have a passion for your bike. Where i go for service

The ladies that worked behind the counter in the clothing section were extremely helpful. I was buying gift for 2 different men and they were very nice and suppotive....they both helped me make my sections.

I got a phone call from Jim Holland saying 2018 Ultra Limited Anniversary was in. They gave me a good trade-in price on my 2013 Ultra & after a little discussion a deal was done. Thanks again to Jim Holland and Byron.

Bryon the GM should be very proud of his team - The entire staff at Nassau H-D is always friendly and extremely helpful anytime I go there -your greeted with a smile - a hello at all times - I live within 2 miles of another H-D dealer in the Sayville area which I refuse to use so I ll travel out of my way because Nassau knows how to treat customers - Jenny - Beth in the motor clothes department are fantastic to deal with and John - Phil and Guy go out of there way to help in the parts department - I have not used the service department yet but plan to moving forward. If I could give them a zero, I would. I could only speculate that my race, gender or maybe the fact that I came straight from the gym and didn't look like the type to spend money, was their excuse to not acknowledge my presence- as I was the only customer in the store. Not a soul said hello or offered any assistance as I was looking through their selection. To their defense, after a while of looking around, a guy who puts the bikes on the showroom floor was personable. But when he introduced me to the sales associate, the salesman couldn't be bothered to even introduce himself and offer assistance. Out of principle, I refused to entertain buying a bike from these people. It's a shame because they missed out on a cash in hand sale. I guess my money wasn't good enough. But I'm glad to see that I'm not the only one who experienced this type of customer service. I guess they're business is booming.

I notice the owner responded to numerous 5 star ratings but NOT ONCE did the owner respond to the negative reviews, I guess he couldn't be bothered to refute the claims or do right by the customer who spent money in HIS store. That right there tells you a lot.
