Best Harley dealership I have found. The entire staff is extremely professional and knowledgeable as well as friendly. I cannot say enough about my salesman Paul, top shelf at his trade and I highly recommend him . The parts department has a thorough knowledge base of the bikes and is beyond willing to answer questions and offer advice.I had a particular request for my new bike and they knocked it out of the park , 100% perfect without one problem. That brings me to the service department. When you want something done to a brand new bike , of course you want it perfect. Well the mechanics( Tommy in particular worked on my bike and is a true tradesman) at this dealership will treat it as if it was a family members bike and complete the job with zero problems. When you are in the market for a new Harley , used Harley, parts or service drive past the others and pull into Nassau Harley and rest assured they will treat you right and help you out. Thank you again to all the staff at Nassau Harley you did a stellar job. Almost forgot... The new Bike is slick and the HDMC produced a BEAUTIFUL BIKE.

Phil and Kevin in service were great when I brought my bike in for a tire and inspection. Easy going, down to Earth guys that had the work done while I waited even without an appointment. Will be bringing my bike here in the future.

Beautiful bikes a wide variety of accessories. However the pricing is way out of line. I'm certain they would do a lot more business if they were a little more reasonable on the pricing. This goes triple for the service department. I love to take my bike to the dealership but they've made it impossible.

The people at Harley Davidson of Nassau County are the absolute best. I am a new rider and they made me feel like I was part of the "family" right away. The sales people are super, my salesperson is Andy. When I walk in the door I am greeted like an old friend. The people in motor cloths are cheerful and always helpful. The service people are top notch and treat your bike like it was their own. Louis, the service coordinator and Kenny, the head tech, will always take time to answer your questions and give advice. I deal, most of the time with parts, getting stuff for my motorcycle. Phil, Joe and Ron all go the extra mile. Phil will stop at nothing to find what you need. Joe and Ron will work with you to make sure you get the right parts. I know every person at the dealership and they know me as well. I have never had such a close relationship with a business before. I know I have not mentioned every person at the dealer but they are all considered friends. I would definitely recommend HD of Nassau County to a friend.

Good dealer because I feel that the owners are true enthusiasts of all things. Muscle cars out back, selling not only harley davidson but also other types of vehicles from other brands and startups. It's the only dealer you dont feel shamed by them for talking highly about anything other than harley davidson.

Called about something regarding a sensor On a 2014 883 and was told they couldn t help me because the mechanics do it. All I wanted to know is what needs to be removed to get to the sensor. Why he couldn t let me speak to a mechanic or ask a mechanic makes me feel like they will make zero effort to assist a customer that has had all work done there thus far.

Extremely helpful and pleasant from the staff to the Owner. I could not stop smiling from ear to ear. I highly recommend you purchase at H-D of Nassau County! I Love my Livewire!

Awesome selection but what s the point if you re browsing for 20 minutes and not a single person approaches you to help? Maybe I came at a bad time but I counted at least 5 people. Some on phone or talking to each other. Even with eye contact after they finished call still nothing. Not saying I won t be back but

I bought a 2008 xl 883c in 2013, with a 5 year extended warranty and it is the worst purchase i have ever made. the extend warranty is bogus and does not cover anything like the manager of the place expresses, no battery, front tire with cracks, nor broken of foot brake peddle, and no towing. they had sold me the bike with a front tire that had cracks in it and the warranty would not cover the cost. i had the bike serviced for back break pads and the next day the bike fell over on its side and instead of the foot peddle rubber turning up the whole metal holder broke off from the frame of the bike and the bike would not start because the battery was no good, but would the warranty cover this? NO! anyone buying a bike should consider never paying $2200 for a 5 year extended warranty that the manager says is going to cover everything then covers hardly nothing at all. i will never go to bellmore harley again and definitely never have any service done by their service department. my advice to any bike owner is never get a extended warranty, because you would save more paying for any repairs yourself.

Arrived there with a friend on our current Harleys looking for some deals on newer models, but not one salesperson came to greet us or offer help. We walked around and browsed the showroom for about 10-12 min. Staff walked by us like we weren t there. Lots of them were free too. We ll try another location and hopefully we get a better experience.

Once again had an easy, straightforward experience with purchasing a motorcycle with trade in from this dealership. All pricing was fair and negotiations were painless. Special thanks to Paul in sales and Kevin in service. Highly recommend both if you want to buy a bike or need to get work done.

I recently purchased a 2019 Road King Special from Paul. We sat down and discussed everything from A to Z. He was incredibly patient and helpful. He set me up for a test ride and from there I knew exactly what bike I wanted. Paul and the managers Byron and Mike were able to get me a fair price. I made the purchase on a Sunday, the bike had to be shipped to Bellmore then have a full stage 1 put on it. I had the bike by Thursday. Paul introduced me to practically everyone that works there. Guy in parts, Ellen in merchandise, the techs downstairs that assemble the bikes, I even met the owner Larry. They say when you purchase a Harley-Davidson it s not just a motorcycle it s a family, it really feels like a family. Everyone is cheerful and willing to take the time necessary to help you out. Paul followed up and called me the next day to ask about how the bike rides and we had a 20 minute conversation. An entire purchase starts with the relationship between the buyer and seller and the bottom line is that Paul went above and beyond to help me with my purchase. He was never pushy, always asking thoughtful questions to determine the right bike for what I want to do and took the time necessary to facilitate my decision making process. I highly recommend Harley-Davidson in Nassua and when you do choose to go there, head to my man Paul, I guarantee you ll get the motorcycle you re looking for at the best price on Long Island.
