My wife and I have purchased 3 new Harley Davidson CVO s from Byron over the past 5 years. He s a great person to deal with. But, I would be remiss if I didn t compliment their service department. They consistently go out of their way to satisfy all our service needs, even including follow up phone calls. Service as it should be. What a concept.
I bought a 2015 Road Glide special. I got a great deal and had all the additions and alterations done exactly as I wanted. I've also went back and visited a dozen times, buying parts, shirts, and also have had my bike serviced twice. The staff is friendly, professional and atttentive. As an African American, I've been in Harley dealers where the staff have completely ignore me. Eventually, I'd walk out, and no one tried to stop me! Not acceptable when you're dropping 30 grand on a bike. At HD of Bellmore, I receive a warm welcome from each and every staff member I come in contact with. They go out their way to make you feel welcome and I really appreciate that. Even if it's fake..... it sure feels good to be treated with dignity and respect! Kent was my salesman. He was referred by a friend, who also bought a Street Glide. Kent was friendly, professional and we'll versed with Harley Davidson. He was knowlegeable and answered all of my questions. I would gladly shop at HD of Bellmore again, and I would refer anyone to them to buy a motorcycle.

I bought a used Street Glide in November and I spoke to Andy. We were able to come to a deal and I must say when I picked up the bike, it was like I bought a new one. I felt like the red carpet was rolled out for me. Im short and needed a kickstand extension and they had it in stock and put it on without any hassle whatsoever. Had to pick up a replacement seat I ordered and the parts guy was awesome. I ended up taking a different seat than what was ordered for me and it was no issue whatsoever.
On the way out I thought I'd look at a few shirts and picked one out, when I went to pay, found out it was buy one get o e half off, so I got another shirt. Girl behind the counter even gave me a few Keychains. If I could give 6 stars I would. I have to say they have earned my business moving forward, and I live 40 miles away, I have 2 dealers closer to me.
Everyone there is so nice. They are very welcoming with a smile. Extremely helpful and not pushy. Always a great experience!!!

Walked in cash in hand. Not one sales person said hello or greeted me. They all just looked at me and I guess I don t look like the spending money type cause no one even made eye contact. One white haired gentleman sitting at his desk completely ignored me when I said hello. If you own a business I recommend you take your employees here to teach them what not to do.
Andy and Mike are top notch. Little process with my out of state purchase, but they made it work and took care of my entire family while we were there. Maintained great communication throughout the process. Had a slight issue with with a non mechanical part, was taken care immediately by Mike and Andy, and Louis was extremely helpful. They really go the extra mile. I was treated like family, and not just a sold bike, unlike many other HDs throughout the country. Thanks guys. Customer service is big with me; I ll be a returning customer for the remainder of my station here.
Overpriced..unpleasant and rude sales people...uninformed counter people who give you the incorrect information. They won't take back merchandise that's defective even with original receipts and packaging, nor will they give you store credit. A company that does not stand by their products. Very dissatisfied. Would never shop there again.

Fair prices on bikes, but put a deposit down quick if you see a bike you like, because it will be gone if you don't! I get it- it's business- but in not a young buck with $200 to my name! Salesman made me think the bike we discussed was mine!! NOPE!!

I just purchased my 2018 Soft Tail Slim. I had such an awesome experience. The staff was so wonderful. My sales associate Jimmy Holland was amazing!! He reviewed all the models and found a bike that would best suit what I was looking for--this was the second bike he had sold to me. He was so patient while explaining every detail. I would like to thank Byron for all his help. And I cannot forget the service department and what a great job they did on my bike!!! I am sooo happy!!! Had work done on my Harley here and I can't say enough great things about the entire staff. From reception to sales to service everyone had a wonderful attitude and were genuinly excited to come into work because they are living their passion. To top it off they all ride on a regular basis and can truly understand as well as empathize with everyone that walks through their doors. Not only have I developed new relationships, ive made sincere friendships and couldnt be more thankful.

Great parts department. I was in and out in a few minutes with the exact parts I needed.
I originally gave 1 star do to customer service but was contacted immediately by the general manager Byron and he apologized for everything and did not even ask for my service back but said that if I needed anything to give him a call even knowing I was going to a different dealer. I decided to give them another chance and he definitely made everything right. Himself, the owner, business manager, and Matt my sales guy went above and beyond to get everything corrected and I picked up a 2021 Road Glide Special. This happen and people get overly busy and things happen but it does speak volumes when a company and its employees go out of their way to correct an issue. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a bike.
Oh and I could not forget the ladies in the merchandise department are amazing and will get you looking right for your new bike!
Andy is the most friendly and personable salesperson. He walk me through personally the entire purchase process start to finish. Any help or questions were answered fast as can be. Can't say enough good things about this dealership. Bought a beautiful 2002 Ultra Classic Firefighter Special a few years ago and have always received courteous and professional service from the entire staff. Recently drove the 80 or so miles there and back to have them check the cam chain tensioners (they were fine!) - bypassing several other HD dealerships that are a lot closer to where I live. Great people, great place, great bikes and great prices. I went to a few local motorcycle dealers in my area and it was the same for all. They say hi and follow you around like I was dropping money. They don't leave you alone. When I walked into Harley Davidson of Nassau County, I expected the same but it wasn't. The second I walked in I felt like I walked into a family members house. I was asked once if I needed help and I said not yet thank you. They let me walk the store. When Maryjoe (my first dealer) was free, she asked me what I was looking for. I told her and she looked me up and down and said "No! Not a chance in hell will I put you on that bike." She sized me up and showed me other bikes that fit my height. At that point she showed me that she wasn't there to push sales but to help me. Paul was there to close the deal and he made it simple. A day later, they delivered the bike. I will never go to another dealer. Thanks Guys!

It was my very first time walking into Harley Davidson dealership and I have to say my experience was amazing. Very friendly staff and nice atmosphere. My boyfriend and I were treated with the most respect from our salesman Bobby, great guy full of knowledge in what he does and has a wonderful sense of humor. He made us feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. Bobby also took his time the day of delivery of our bike and showed us all the ins and outs we needed to know. He went above in beyond to make us happy. I highly recommend going to Harley-Davidson in Bellmore for an overall great experience. I bought my bike a 1200 Sportster here used and had tremendous issues with the bike. It took a while to realize all the problems because it was winter and I did not do a lot or riding. A month or so into all the issues I called the dealership and relayed all my problems to that point to a manager and my salesperson. I was told I would get a call back from the manager or salesman that I spoke with. NO one ever called me back. All I wanted was for someone to take a look at my bike. I wasn't asking for anything for free. I had stopped in a few times before my call to talk with the service person and was told my power train warranty was basically if my engine blew up which was very unlikely
In the end I spend almost 3000 dollars to get my bike fixed.
My son and I went to LOOK at a few bikes just to get a feel of what we wanted. Bobby was very helpful showing us what we needed. With in a few hours Eric ,my son, was the proud owner of a new Sportster. Thanks Bobby!
Came from out of town over 200 miles away. Robert Kennedy was extremely helpful and courteous over the phone and answered all the questions i had in a timely manner. Mike in finance was able to answer all my questions regarding the esp and was extremely patient with all of my questions. when i arrived everyone was polite and professional. special thanks to the woman in apparel who helped me find everything i needed. overall it was a great experience and i would recommend nassau h-d to anyone looking for a smooth, simple buying experience.

My experience with Nassau County Harley Davidson was second to none ! The entire staff was very courteous and professional. Our salesman Paul comported himself with professionalism and was respectful. The sales manager Mike was as transparent as possible and he took time to explain all the options that were available. He also was very patient with us during the purchase process. This was very welcomed when making such a large purchase. When the sale was complete, we expressed interest in having the Motorcycle delivered due to the inclement weather. They went out of their way to accommodate us and the following day Tommy from service shown up in front of our house at the designated time and offloaded the Motorcycle. He too was very courteous.
This dealership is very friendly, welcoming and comfortable. They are extremely low pressure and will not make assumptions about your ability or desire to make a purchase.
