Small selection of crafts and foodstuffs in an open air environment. Feels like it's trying to be a casual eating spot, market, and craft fair all at once; if it just picked one it, it would easily be 5 stars.

Always vibrant and full of great vendors. The farmers market is our go-to lunch spot with the nice selection of vendors on the back row. Definitely worth a visit if you're in Bham on a Saturday midday! It can be a bit crowded, but I find that adds to the vibrancy. Just give yourself some extra time and patience to find a parking space.

A Bellingham essential - The Bellingham Farmers Market is one of my all time favorite places to go on a Saturday morning. Here you'll find local vendors, farmers, and great eats from the greater Bellingham area. I highly recommend grabbing a cup of coffee, or even a few friends, and just explore what this wonderful community has to offer.

Just as Pike Place is to Seattle, so is the Bellinghan Saturday morning market a "must-visit" on your week-end or -long trip to this other fine city-by-the-bay. Starts at 10...find parking by 9:30, though, as this weekly gathering of beautiful people, produce and products is no secret.

Great farmers market for a small city! Lots of tasty variety and quality vendors. Great sights and smells too. Kid friendly, and they had tables set up near the food vendors. Aloha Poke had an amazing poke bowl with two kinds of ahi and seaweed salad. Breadfarm had fresh rhubarb danishes. Great way to spend a Saturday morning/afternoon. Recommend taking the bus instead of trying to find parking.

Best farmers market in the Nothern Sound region, s...

Best farmers market in the Nothern Sound region, still no compare to the east coast or city markets. The potential is there if there was about twice as much space. I look forward to a peak of season foray.
Early season it's all about winter root vegetables, greenhouse (or cold frame) leafs. Make sure you check out all the vendors before buying any one thing. One may have beautiful radishes for $3 a bunch, another for $2 and only so-so. Samish Island Cheese and Bread Farm are required stops. A good variety of entertainment and vendors, and a lot of prepared food. I'd rate it higher except for the following, a lot of people unaware of others in a crowded place, you will get jostled and bumped around without so much as an "excuse me". Too many strollers inside the market sometimes three deep and wide, and political activists blocking sidewalks and pathways. ONE vendor with eggs, no set up for live poultry or fresh seafood, and too many places that add the word "farm" to their name to sell a semi-commercial product. Parking is so-so.

Great place to get local produce, art, food or just hang out and have a good time! Awesome for small vendors to have this opportunity to reach the public at low overhead. Buskers help make a festive atmosphere. :)

What a great way to spend a Saturday morning! The selection of produce, breads, flowers, and all sorts of crafts, soaps, and candles was fabulous. There were also plenty of food vendors if you get hungry. The market wasn t so big that it took all day, and parking was surprisingly easy and convenient.

I love going to farmers markets and this one is one of the best that I had the fortune to go to. There is a nice selection of all kinds of things and it is great seeing the whole community at the market which makes it a fun communal event. Even if you have not been to a farmers market before check this place out.

This is a great Farmers market. Parking IS available around but you may have to walk a little bit. The market is open even if it is raining which is perfect for the city of Bellingham.

I think the ratio of different kinds of vendors is about spot on. I love getting lunch and groceries at the same time! I have so much fun listening to the music and looking at all the gorgeous food and stuff! This is a must go if you are visiting, even if you don't get anything it's fun.

Biggest gathering of multi cultural commerce around - as long as culture is defined by by artistic proclivities or dietary variances. Good mixture of generations and clothing choices, as some wore light jerseys to invite Spring, while most kept their Winter jackets unbuttoned until the breeze turned cold.

The sun a reminder the new season has taken hold, brought out the one of best singer, in the form of Ghost Jackson, such that even the mushrooms and fresh Clive's laughed and sang along while beening transported to their new home , to be eat. Which didn't really bother them for all the good music. Got mushrooms and Clive's, and have mistakenly given them names. Great market and extras as you proceed down Holly St especially look for Shakespeare jewelery and Blake's birdhouses

Cute farmers market with glass artists, farmers, and chice food trucks. Bought great fireweed honey, but was saddened that dogs are longer allowed in the market. My girlfriend pick this place/event out because she used to bring her dog years ago.
