A good famers market. Friendly vendors and ample samples to try. Goods were priced very fairly. Good food options to eat as well. We had the Poke and it was pretty tasty.

Not as many produce options as I would have expected at a farmers market.

Eclectic. And that wasn't just the people. A regular cornucopia of produce, goods, wares and things to eat. The produce selection was better than any I have seen at a local grocery store or most farmer markets. In addition the place had a certain artsyness to it. Kinda farmer market meets Renaissance fair meets outdoor music meets craft show run by former hippy commune dropouts and hippy want to be...

All season long this is a must especially for travelers. There is always a calm and peaceful vibe. There are also random entertainers that are fun and add to the unique vibe of a chill northwest market. The food vendors are fantastic and there are tons of options. The market is Bellingham!

Every Saturday in the summer, and less frequent in the winter, the Bellingham Farmers Market offeres the best in the Northwest. Fresh produce, handmade goods by some of Whatcom County's best artists and craftsmen, not to mention some delicious options for lunch. Don't miss the Sweat Art chocolate car, he has a Market Chocolate that will change how you feel about sweets, and try a hot off the grill Oyster!

Great Farmer's Market. It has a little bit of everything: food vendors, fresh vegetables, roots, breads, cheeses, crafts, and flowers, to name a few of the things.

It's small in comparison to big cities, but large and diverse compared to most farmer's markets in cities of similar size.

Definitely worth the trip.

Seriously not one piece of fruit for sale in the entire market! Everything else was super over priced. I only gave it 2 stars because I feel bad for them... otherwise it would have been 1.

The farmer's market is ok, but it's not very economical. There's a lot of non-produce being sold, mostly crafts, so it might be a disappointment to those who've experienced other markets and had expectations about buying average priced produce. One of the better parts are the musical acts on each corner. It's also not very big. You can see the whole thing in about 15 minutes.

Love the farmers market despite there being less hippies than I anticipated. There's a sign on the sandwich boards that say no dogs allowed but I guess reading comprehension is not a strong suit here in Bellingham. Then again this is the town where a business can have its hours posted on a door with the open sign off and people will still get angry that you are closed.

Variety is the word at the Bellingham Farmers Market. From 3d framed art, to Blacksmithing, honeys, nuts and teas. There is organic soups/foods to make, delicious cakes and cookies, grass fed beef and lamb, wines, to hand made pottery and t-shirts. Well over a hundred exhibits to explore and some of the best prepared on the site food from many ethnic varieties. Every Saturday from 10-3.

LOVE!!!!! We go here almost every weekend and always find something new and most everyone is super friendly and helpful! The people at the information booth are ALWAYS crazy happy and friendly even when they are overwhelmed and if a booth has time the people working it are friendly and supportive and talkative.

I love the Farmers Market. My kids love going too. They have excellent local produce and local Meats and honey. There is a variety of food vendors serving affordable hot meals and beverages. They even have roasted nuts and kettle corn. The local art vendors are amazing. You can buy locally made t-shirts, art, jewelry and even get a henna tattoo or face paint. The face paint booth is amazing and my kids loved it. I love the local honey, the Artesian Cheese's and the local produce. If one has food benefits with the state, the Farmers Market will match up to $10 when you use your EBT card. You go to the customer service Booth located in the train depot and they will help you. You can buy produce and meats with your Farmers Market tokens. You can even buy plants that grow that are edible with your Farmers Market tokens. They even have street performers so there's always something to do.

I love visiting this market, it's just so much fun on a sunny Saturday morning. There is a great vibe here as people check out the wares for sale, from produce and food stands to candles and beauty and health items, jewelry and local produced meats and cheeses. It is a summer tradition for me.

Very expensive, crowded, and no good places to park. They do however have some amazing vendors and its a great place to have lunch (I always eat at the indian food stand). Still worth a visit even with the negatives above, I just prefer more low key style farmers markets.

A saturday spent at the market is a good day. I like waking up and heading to the market for my coffee and brunch and then pick up some produce and bread and cheese for dinner. Lovely little cross section of bellingham life.

There's so much produce! All of your seasonal vegetables are here in plentitude. There's also a lot of artisinal foods and crafts. Its largely outside in an uncovered area but the center is in a covered open air building. In addition to all the great stalls and people watching, you'll get to enjoy numerous petitioners seeking your signature on just every fringe topic imaginable. This is the sucky part of the market. They are annoying. But, you are in downtown Bellingham so, once you're done here you can go stroll the city.
