This was the ABSOLUTE WORST ER experience that I have EVER had. I went in for to a back injury that caused me to be BARELY able to walk. While the nurse LEAD led me to the room, she was running in front of me, not making sure I was okay what so ever. Then she said take your shirt off and put the gown on and walk away, saying nothing else. I understand that it s night shift in the ER and that is busy but for goodness sakes, have some compassion. From there, I waited an hour just for the same lady to come back and tell me to take a pregnancy test so they could give me Valium. No exam, no diagnosis, nothing. Just pump people full of drugs and send them home so you don t have to deal with them. HUGE WASTE OF MONEY. Careless health care staff.

What happen to old team in e.r,??? My aunt got brought in e.r. new doctors team not good change. Why you let everyone go. It was top team ***** Thomas Chestnik head guy. We loved him. All new people turn over Not good.these people didn't check her out good. Seriously! Not a change for better. Dr. Woods everyone gone. Why you let them go. So sad students shouldn't be on trauma watch. Praying because I want the good doctors nurses back.

I brought in my 72yr old mother who was wheezing, completely out of breath that she wasn t able to give her name when we checked in, we spent 2 hours in the waiting area and then another 6 hours in the ER and never got an answer to anything until we threatened to leave. Then they finally admit she has a deviated trachea but literally nothing else about any testing as to why. We left and got her primary dr to order an echo and ct scan of her chest. Turns out she has a life threatening para esophageal hernia that needed to have surgery right away. Do yourself a favor and go to a different ER.

For about 2 years I had been in and out of the doctors office trying to figure out what was wrong with me. Finally they find out I had a hernia from a previous surgery. They ended up referring me to BMC for another surgery. Every time I called the surgery center they knew who I was and helped me with anything I needed. On the day of surgery I had a very nice nurse helping me before hand. I had been in surgery for about 3hrs or so, and had only been in the hospital for 8 or 9hrs all together but they were all very nice and helpful.

Always have had great service with everything and everyone. Never had to wait over 5 minutes to be seen and doctors always meet my needs and go above and beyond my expectations when it comse down to it

Had to go to the ER for an issue (obviously won't say) and the Dr/head nurse (male) were absolutely rude to me the whole time. Basically felt like they were shaming me for what brought me there. I'd rather suffer next time than go here again.
