Bad customer service, a few years ago I bought a north sail jacket at the Cisalfa Assago store (I) paying almost 200.00 euros, the jacket has always been kept in the wardrobe on his little man and has been worn at most 2 times, about 15 days ago I decided to take it out of the closet to wear it and I realized that the inner net and the internal pocket were completely stuck making the jacket unusable. I proceeded to contact the Tomasoni company which is the importer of the "north sail "and I heard myself responding that I had to go to the store where I had bought it, at the store where I went yesterday they told me to hear the importer, so yesterday I called the Tomasoni company that asked me for photos via a dry way emails that even today have not bothered to look.
Having said all this, I find it really absurd that a much-vaunted jacket should have a lower quality than a Chinese jacket but above all that the importing company slams highly of its customers.
