Omg this is the most horrible and incompetent company I ve ever seen. The staff is extremely lazy, rude and unprofessional. Please do your research before setting foot here. They will do and say anything to get you to sign the papers and afterwards you get ignored and passed around like trash. SCAM!!
The staff is really racist. They gave me attitude and made me feel uncomfortable. So i decided to go some where else. They said the room i wanted was being clean and would be ready in about 2 hours. The person behind me was white and got amaxing customer serves and got the room i wanted 5 min later. Tge staff gets told to only be nice to white people from reports ive read. Very sad...
I have read a review where they said that this place is racist. I didn't find this to my true with my experience. I'm Hispanic and my husband is Afrcian American. All the staff were extremely nice. Even the mantaince people when you pass them they wave and say hello. The pool, and comain areas are all really nice, some of the condos are outdated, but with that being said I did notice and was told that they are in the process of updating the rooms. I found this to be a nice and relaxing place.
Some telemarketer for this resort calls me constantly to offer some BS vacation package I don't want despite me telling them over to take me off their call list. They even call me multiple times in the evenings. What a great way to run off potential customers.
Ridge Sierra located in Tahoe Village at 7300 ft. Easy all season access. Bright large comfortable units with spectacular views. Each unit has a deck, fireplace, full kitchen and is recently refurbushed. Jacuzzies and pool. A home away from home.
This type of business and should be illegal. Don't fall for their sales pitch. You'll find out that you can get 1 of their rooms from Airbnb much easier than being a member to the tune of $20,000+. The RV and even the trade deals for camping sites is non existent. They'll say you can trade time for exotic locations with other resorts. That's true if you want to wait 2-4 years to take a vacation. Nothing is as they promised except for the constant bill. Also they'll instantly send your account to collections and damage you credit if you don't pay. They will also lie to you and say there's no way out of the contract. These are skeezy used car salesmen nothing more. I wish I could give them less than 1 star.
Calls are all the time. Sometimes no one answers. When I finally answered and got a person I signed up for a 3 night stay for $79. When I had to call to cancel, they would transfer me to a line that no one answered after being on hold for 30 minutes. Finally I said to heck with it they can keep the money. Now they called me 3 times today and I asked to speak with someone who can reimburse me and she said someone will call me back. I am pretty sure I know how that's gonna go.

QM Resorts are FRAUDS! Do NOT do business with them. They are supremely unprofessional and will illegally deduct money from your account without permission or written consent. Not only will Caleb Dixon, Manager of Public Relations not return any calls, there is zero accountability or resolve to misconduct. We had to file a fraudulent claim with our bank to get the return of our money.
WOW. what a place to stay. the upgrades look amazing.The atmosphere they created for us was 5 star.From the first moment we set foot on property we were greeted with warm smiles. All of the staff made us feel welcome like at home .

I only give a 1star because there is nithing less. Management is unprofessional and ignore legidament complaints. Manager discussing other tenants personal business with other tenants. Corporate ignoring concerns about the un professionalism of property manager.
There are plenty of other Timeshares, hotels/motels and RV parks in the area go to any of them.

This place is a scam! The sales department is trained to lie and say whatever it takes to get you to sign the contract. Once you sign the contract and the cancellation period is up they ignore you. They never answer their phone or respond to emails and voicemails. They change their employees more than they change the sheets to their units. The place is run down and very dated.. almost like a motel. They keep increasing their maintenance fees even though there s no improvement to the property. I m shocked they are still in business. Do some research first before you get caught up in their lies.
These bozos have called me unsolicited three times today, and when I've answered there's no one there.
the resorts are not so bad. The sales pitch was petty intense, and they did show the best of the best, but seriously, as cost goes..., reckon it is pretty bad... tried to find something positive to say; however, yearly maintenance cost are rather steep. We did it, so we will use and enjoy all of resorts as often as possible... They do book in other cities around the nation and other countries. Planning ahead takes on a new dimension.
Receive 3-5 calls a day with no answer. When they do they try to sell packages that sounds scammy at best. I requested being removed from the call list multiple times prior to writing this.
My Sister lives in the senior Community, she has been repeatedly harassed by Peggy the Manager. The accounting is shady and a receipt is never provided, Peggy is always very "Fuzzy" on what is owed. She also addresses private matters loudly and in public , in the parking lot. She lacks professionalism, and is guided by gossip from her "friends" that reside at the property. QM should look for a more professional manager that does not make up rules and fees "on the fly". Very disappointing for a Senior that is already struggling to be abused this way.
I loved my stay I've stayed there twice. I found no racism. Staff very acconadationg.what ever u asked for they made sure u got asap.very quiet peaceful and relaxing. A wonderful place for mind and stress relief
they sent me a letter saying i was a finalist to win a 2019 Tesla model S
when I tried to call for information they refused to give me any information over the phone, and said I had to drive to their business to look on the board to see if I won.
when I arrived there was no one to let me in the gated and someone that lived there had to let me in.
I found my way to the office which no one was at. and was told that its virtual and no one was there ever.
after asking on the phone to the virtual person they said they knew nothing about it.
I left after someone else showed up and we matched winning tickets and saw we both had same number.
after reading all the reviews with yelp and reading from the Better Business Bureau I can tell this company is shady at best. there is no way I would partner in any way shape or form with this company.
and i strongly advise anyone to read up on this business before doing anything, as reading from the BBB they all feel scammed, and the company response is typical "we are working with MR. XXX to work this out" which if you read all the reviews is very deceptive.

i was never able to get a human to answer any questions the only thing the operator did was transfer me to a voice mail or to a mail box that was already full she refused to get me a person and seem to not know what was going on anywhere. this seems to be the normal for this company as there is no one EVER at the front desk as it is "virtual" and the person on the other end of the TV knew nothing and was never able to help.
the only thing she did was ask me to hold then like I said transfer me to a Full voice mail box.
I tried for 2 days to get some help with issues. this company has a horrible ratting with the Better Business Bureau. and after talking to others and reading a bit online I will never use this company again!
and I am sorry I have wasted time and money with them. I plan to just cut my losses and move on.
I loved this timeshare. I gave three stars because they are still renovating this property. So far it all looks very nice and feels warm and cozy like we are at home. I absolutely adored the staff and my daughter loved our stay. The only recommendation would be to add more things for the kids to do. But the nugget and circus circus is in driving distance.
