I would of given them no stars if I could. I have been with bell and they have no clue what customer service is or loyalty. They "flag" and profile accounts and escalate them to customer service reps that do not know the art of communication and that is to listen. One night I was passed to 6 different reps on the phone for over 2 hours over an in-store ticket price error which they did not honour. I was told that their store is a "virtual " and that prices would be honoured on the website. The last time I checked, in Canada if there is a pricing error on a product it must be honoured. It was Not. It was not a matter of the 100 dollar difference but the way they dismiss people. Tv and home lines will be first to go.....next the four mobility lines. Thank you to the scrooges and incompetency of phone service reps at bell!!! I will be posting my experience on my blog.
