Me: "You ripped up everyone s front lawns to put in your fibre optic cables. And you left them with terrible gaping patches. I deal with Cogeco. There is no way I would even consider switching until you fix it. Where do I send my $100 bill to you? Accounting? I will make this very public and encourage others until you take responsibility. I have already complained to the CRTC. Look it up."

Bell:"Good day. We're sorry to read about this, and will be happy to escalate this issue for you. Please provide me with your full name, full service address, and your best contact number. As well, please be advised, once sent off, it can take up to 24-48 hours to hear back from someone. Thank you very much. ^CC"

Me: "I m not providing that private information on Twitter other than to say it is_________ and that my complaint has been submitted to the CRTC who has made it public with you. It s on record. You know about it already. Just tell your higher ups to deal with it. In the meantime, where do I send the bill? I m trying to regrow what your people did to my front lawn."

Bell: "I'm sorry that you feel this way, however, I cannot send this off to our escalations team, without the information. :) ^CC"

Me: "You aren t sorry. "Beep" you then. This is war."

Bell: "I'd be more than happy to help you, however, as mentioned, I do need the information to escalate. And I will thank you to keep this professional!"

Me: "If someone leaves your lawn all torn up and ruined and leaves it like that for over 7 months with you having to pay out of your own pocket, then well, let's see how well you would keep it "professional". I don't care if you escalate it or not. Because of your attitude, the complaint with CRTC stands. They said they will do something if you don't. I look forward to that. And I completely hate you guys for what you did. You have a lot of gall. Why don't you give me your name, address and all your personal information too? It seems you have no problem asking me so I am sure you would feel ok doing the same thing. You know, keep it "professional", right? Enjoy your review. More coming and on the way. And I will post our conversation publicly too. Escalate that m****"

Bell: "Should you wish to escalate this issue, so that we may check into getting you reimbursed, please provide me with the information. Calling me names is not going to resolve this!"

Me: "Just for that, I am writing another review. I could care less what you do. I won't stop till you give me my money back anonymous person"
