Belgrave LPO deserves a zero rating. Had the displeasure of having to go there 4 & 5 July. OMG Aus Post need to review the rudeness, lack of customer service and poor processes of this LPO. Shocking to say at the least and sadly impacts on the image of Aus Post given that other LPO's and Delivery Centre's do such a great job.
One star is a stretch. Went in there one morning asking to use their phone as I had left mine at home with my myki amd credit card, really really rude and refused to let me use their phone, always a pain when I have to go there to pick up mail
It's OK. I only ever go on Saturday mornings usually to pick up a parcel. The staff rarely look happy.
This place is woeful! I have to go here to collect parcels as my house is "undeliverable". The fact that the card is delivered to my house to say that they can't deliver my parcel to the very same house is secondary, so I'll move on.. The angry Chinese man who always has a headache so he can't possibly serve you has disappeared, leaving a very angry and rude woman. They always tell me that my parcel is not there even though I can clearly see it on the back shelf. We have to go through a merry dance which usually ends up with me behind the counter picking my own parcel!! On one occasion they did pick the parcel themselves and gave it to me.. It was for someone else at a different address. I wouldn't mind, but they'd just looked at my driving licence for ID and address! These lot are useless!
Lou Lou is always very helpful and courteous when it comes to my business and my family.
I give Belgrave PO 5 stars not because it totally deserves 5 stars but because it definitely deserves more than 1.5 stars. The proprietor is usually as helpful as she can be. She works very hard to be part of the local community. And let's not forget the postie. He's a great guy and works very hard.
One of the staff members is incredibly rude. Ive seen many other reviews on here saying similar things. She should be fired. It's disgusting the way she speaks to people. She clearly has some major insecurity issues she needs to sort out. Absolutely not acceptable. We pay you money to do your job so respect us!!!!! I WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS.
Terrible service , rude staff , poor selection of packing , and the staff are clueless all together , store is also very cramped and poorly organised
Rude, plain and simple. I unfortunately go there to pick up parcels maybe 4 or 5 times a month and every time it's painful. I'm sorry for inconveniencing them to turn around and hand me a parcel. Why own a business if you give the impression you hate the job and despise customers.
Aus Post needs to close this place down. What a disgrace. That pest who runs it needs Some attitude adjustment. My official complaint is on its way to Aus Post Head Office. Then the Ombudsman if I m not satisfied.
Worst service ever, followed me around like a thief. Then when a man with a disability walked in she stared him down until he ran out. Then the owners joke together about how he was disabled

When I think of great service, positivity, and dead set legends, I think of the Belgrave Post Office workers, the smiles and positivity that meet you at the door are so uplifting and overwheling, youl feel like your on cloud nine, from such energy n charisma projected by both women, ill tell ya what, that type of service is not taught at schools, hidden gem right here people. Would reccomend this to anyone in need of cheering up.
In the last 4 weeks in total rang them 21 times in trading hours and not once do they answer the phone. Very disappointed in their service for Belgrave

Would give 0 stars if i could. One of the staff is incredibly rude and mean. I have seen her abuse both customers and other staff members previously. Today i copped it for having the nerve to pick up a parcel. She had trouble finding it, which was somehow my fault. Turned out it was just sitting out in the shop where anyone could have grabbed it. Not the first time this has happened either. Not good enough. This shop is a stain on the otherwise great community of Belgrave.
Horrible customer service. Won't be using them again. Use the Kallista or Upper Ferntree Gully post office. Lovely owners.
Didn't ask for ID or proof of address when picking up $700 worth of parcel. Staff not friendly.
The chinese lady made me shift post office at upway because she wanted to make me pay one more kilo on my parcel for 12g only !! Then she put a complain on upway's post office for practicing underpricing !!? This chinese lady have no shame. My partner and i have an online buisness and its impossible to work with this rude person. At upway, you always will have a fast and professional service with a smile

They literally try to overcharge you , then refuse service or blame the language barrier when you prove that they re over charging

Cold service, the staff are never friendly and make the environment a bit uncomfortable. I always try to go to the one in Ferny Creek but sometimes this one is more convenient.
Customers are made to feel like the most severe inconvenience from the moment they enter. The staff are incompetent and rude at best and verbally abusive at worst. They regularly overcharge, and when this is questioned, they struggle to understand your question because they don't speak English very well. When they do understand your enquiry, they tell you to "go now". Avoid this place like the plague if you can, it's one of the worst places you could ever have the misfortune to enter. I'm currently looking into the possibility of redirecting packages to another LPO, as I have just been informed that a package has been left for me, and I'm dreading picking it up in several days time
The Postmasters wife Angela always greets people with a smile and is very helpful.
