I was a patient there, the program was horrible they abused participants who suffered from mental illness. They talked to patients and treated patients like animals. They lied to families about what really goes on there. There is no way this place should be allowed to remain in business. Horrible it is a nightmare for people who live there..BOTTOM LINE....THEY EAT THE INSURANCE MONEY ...THEY ARE FAKE A SCAM......If you really have a loved one with a brain injury keep them as far away from this program as possible..PLEASE IF YOU LOVE THEM AVOID THIS PLACE.....

My brother has been in this facility for over a year now and the patient care and support has been much more than we could have ever expected! Would definitely recommend

This programs is by far the worst mentoring program in my 34 year experience in the field. It is just a money eating $900 a day insurance scam. They are a gross injustice to humanity. My personal experience here of 4 months has shown me all I need to see. Participants are treated worse than house pets. They beat us without leaving marks on our bodies. Actually they broke a guys arm a few days ago for wanting to stand in the sunshine on a clear spring day. This is a human rights violation. They do not honor individual freedom, nor do they care.

In my professional opinion, this facility must be SHUT down immediately.

Try being in this place... I'm not even sure it is possible to come out of i; if they ever let you out (well insurance only lasts so long, I suppose) as a sane/cohesive individual. I agree with those who say this place is focused on the $

To summarize, this place sucks a big one. It does help some very incapable people, but once you get to a solid point, it's straight up $ scheme. I speak from experience... sadly...

This place helped me Dont listen To these people these ppl are one person an the persons name is Christopher Gregory he got out of prison an came to neurorestorative an he was in the behavioral program an he didn't like to get CPI but any way I was in a car wreck an I couldn't walk or eat on my own i was in a wheelchair an now I'm using a wheeledwalker then I'm going from that to nothing but anyways I made this what you wanna call it an it goes out to you Christopher Gregory you just a punk Nothing you say is true you like mildew every time I step you end up on my shoe u were like glue to these ppl u say u rather be in jail fu*k dat you'd be gettin raped in the as* crack ight signing out #scrooter, kc, hot wheels

I cannot even get a return phone call from anyone at this facility despite multiple promises to call me back after finding out what the proper procedure is. I am left to assume they do not know what they are doing and cannot find anyone who does. The only other explanation is they just don't care and have no problem lying about their intentions.
