Poor quality apartment. Classic over promise and under deliver

Walked past their site on Latrobe Street today and I must say it is looking magnificent! Finally a product that looks like it belongs in Melbourne. Well done!

Try living next door to one of their developments! Even more than this, one of the workers was sitting at the end of my driveway and spitting!! Seriously, spitting has been considered poor for a long time, but in current circumstances, this is outrageous. I spoke to the site manager who was great. What are Beulah going to do about it...not much like my previous request. Fortunately, you guys chose Ironside as your builders. They at least care what goes on. I found those guys to be very decent. Your choice of other contractors leaves much to be desired. Lack of courtesy to residents, poor mask wearing, cigarette butts left in my driveway, just to name a few. Apparently, you were going to contact me about my previous complaints. Still waiting....but then again, I guess you made your money.

If you want to love where you live, find a company that is committed & passionate in making it a reality for you. Beulah s approach to consultation, prompt communication, change management (within their own team) & customer engagement was seamless throughout the entire process - the ownership demonstrated by both the builder & developer has really impressed us. Even when there were sticking points, their solution orientated mindset ensured that we as the customer always felt heard. From the thoughtful selection of additional packages such as white goods, interior design, window furnishings and all the little details that are usually extras , Beulah really think of everything so that you don t have to. Some of my favourite personal touches that made this experience so memorable included a covid friendly Zoom settlement evening (complete with sparkling & cheese delivered to each purchaser) & a selection of locally sourced house warming gifts to start us off - think essentials such as Zonzo wine, Market Lane coffee & Biblot chocolate. Yum! This wasn t our first build off the plan but it is our first family home and we couldn t have chosen a better team to trust.

I need to get one of those places at The Grounds of Kew. Going past today, it seems that even wearing face masks is optional. Awesome.

Don t buy anything from Beaulah international. They tell you want you want to hear. We are so disappointed with our purchase. We were advised the townhouse would be the same size as the display unit. It is nothing like it, it is actually half the size. They never return your phone calls or emails. I was advised over and over we will get back to you with measurements, etc and nothing I had to keep calling them. The time timeframe they actually started building was up to 12 months overdue. We had to go into there office and liase everything we wanted 3 times to different staff members as the turn around of staff is like a revolving door. The most unprofessional company l have ever had to deal with. They are selling multi million dollar sites and yet the customer service is so poor it amazes me how they are still in business. Yet they are very quick to take your deposit. Don t BUY anything off the plan from these guys.They make all of these promises which they don t deliver!!!!! Also, please note that all of the 5 star google reviews are Beaulah Intetnational staff as I have dealt with most of the names listed personally. That just shows what sort of company they are.

I have been following Beulah International's social media and it is a great source of inspiration! Good to know there are property developers out there that do more than just showcasing their own projects on socials! Keep up the good work Beulah team!

Vision-led property innovators! They bring to the market products that are beyond imagination.

Eyesore in the city, design unsympathetic to historical surroundings. Apartments expensive on a per sqm basis but smaller and geared towards investors like many other similar developments. For that money you're better off buying a house!

Innovation and quality is second to none. Highly recommend their projects.
