CANT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR OWNERS CORPORATION NEEDS
We've had CRS as OC manager for a year now and I'm afraid I have nothing good to say about the company's service. Response is pretty abysmal, things promised dont materialise :(
Our manager left the organisation, no one informed me, so my calls and emails were simply left to waft around in the ether!!

I wanted to expend my small law firm and was looking for a good but affordable location. Most of the office spaces I was shown were out of my league. Finally CRS guys helped me in getting a good deal. Now I have an office at a good location in Melbourne where my high end clients can visit and rent is also not high.

Had a look at a rental through them. Was told on numerous occassions i had the house by the property manager and the owner of the property and after being told id have the lease agreement by lunch time to sign and that i needed to have the rent in advance ready that day i heard nothing. So i emailed the particular property manager and she said they decided to go with someone else.
Very unprofessional and rude. I will definitely be taking this further.

Best word to describe Residential property managers they have is "Incompetent". I lived in a property once managed by these guys. It was my worst nightmare. Leaking roofs, uncleaned common areas to not having electricity more than 6 times (once its more than 4 days ). I do not recommend these guys not only for renters but also for property owners.

Have been dealing with Ross for awhile now and always found him diligent, attentive to detail and very good to deal with. Highly recommended.

I was looking for a space for my shop but was frustrated either by high rent demands or poor locality. Finally i went to CRS properties. They quickly understood my business and helped me in getting a shop on rent at a suitable place. They negotiated on my behalf and were able to get me that space at really good rent and best lease terms. My business is growing since then. When it comes to getting a commercial space on rent in Melbourne, these guys are best.

Very unprofessional outfit. Especially Ross who is not trustworthy at all.

Get rental invoice on time every month. Could be automated but never get a reply for an email regarding any problem. Point cook.
