Though this restaurant is a bit pricey its worth every penny for the quality and deliciousness of the food. I highly recommend stopping by, their burger is out of this world.

Delicious food , great drinks...unusuall beet ketchup!! Love it
It's one of those places that you must try if you call yourself foodie. It's a nice small place with incredible food and great service.
This is a place where you can't go wrong. Such a delicious well crafted and unique menu
Pre and post quarantine this place is great. They have really great food.
One of my favorite go-to places in the area. It's a very quiet and small, very much a well kept secret considering there's a giant drape covering the glass wall out front. Don't be fooled by the name, the place doesn't center itself around beets but they do have things like Beetini or Beet ketchup. The food is seasonal and tastes amazing, portions are very big too!
Do yourself a favor and try The Chef burger. It's out of this world. This was the second time my boyfriend and I ate at BBC, and we were hooked from the first time we bit into the Chef.
Interesting and delicious food, good service, we will come again
The burger was fantastic. Highly recommend the original burger. The bun to meat ratio was fantastic. It's not too heavy but not too light. The dessert was a great addition too. Would come here again.
This was our first time trying this cute little place, after approx a 15min wait time, we were seated at the end table. We had ample room, and the place was clean. Our waiter (Raul), was attentive, and on point with suggestions and explanations. We ordered The Chef Korzo burger medium, and the Lake Champlain rabbit stew. The burger stands up to its reputation. I found the rabbit stew a bit salty. All in all, it was a great experience and will go again.
Solid execution of traditional Eastern European dishes that I am intimately familiar with since childhood. Goulash is super tasty. Their take on Halushki (dumplings) was really really good. Very interesting and great tasting burgers. Highly recommend.
Very friendly service and the burgers are out of this world. Cooked to perfection. If you like your meat truly medium rare, this is the place to visit.
P.S. their beet ketchup is fabulous. Try it.
I don't like beets, but I loved this place. Original food in a farm to table style. We went at 8pm at a Saturday and had no problem getting a table. We got the fried cheese appetizer which was amazing. My husband and I both got the burgers which were great. Everything is made from scratch, including the condiments. Will be back again.
Want one of the best burgers you will ever have? Go here. Literally the 2nd best burger I've ever eaten and the first was at the Weber Grill restaurant in Chicago. Really a 1a and 1b ranking. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Food is great, drinks are great, atmosphere is great. Can be a bit crowded at times, but who cares, the burger is insane. If you're going for the first time just get the regular house burger and call it a day. You're welcome.
The original burger is really good, highly recommend
We met with friends at this place for a meeting. This spot was recommended to us by a friend. Well, it was a winning. the staff members were so friendly and we had a great feeling. The meal was fresh and delicious. We enjoyed every moment and we will definitely return to this restaurant. we highly recommend this place.
