Good product but poor, slow customer service. I purchased my bedrug back in 2002. I got quite a few years out of it and still own the same truck. Recently, the Bedrug has gotten very brittle and tears easily. I called for support back in April and was told to send pictures. My case was assigned to someone who promised to get back with me. He didn't. So I had to follow-up. Eventually they said they'd send a replacement with a shipping ETA of 6/24. I week later nothing arrived in the mail, so I sent an e-mail asking for tracking - heard nothing from him. I then called today - and surprise no return call. Meanwhile I've had my bedrug off for weeks taking up 1/2 the garage. I had to take it off to get photos of all of its labels. Today called again and they needed photos.
