I Had beazers hand file a key for a lock i had lost the key to. I told them I needed it in 2 weeks. They told me it would be done in 2 days and they called me to tell me it was done in 2 hours. Awesome experience. Spencer is the guy to talk to!
The service is very good and most of the employees seem to be very helpful. There's one or two employees who seem to drop the ball sometimes, but overall a very good experience.
Very friendly staff. They cut and programmed two chip keys for my truck in less than 10 minutes. I was very pleased with both their service and the price. I would highly recommend them especially if you want to save on the exorbitant fee the dealers charge to program a key blank.
The service & price here is great. usually Id give it a four or 5 star review. The only issue I have is that on Google Maps it shows that they're open 24 hours I just tried to stop by the shop then they're only open till 6. I can work with those hours perfectly fine, I just rely on Google Maps to know when a place is open. Today I couldn't do that.

I took a key fob that I bought off Amazon they couldn't program it. So I asked if I could get one from them. The guy maid a phone call them he told me that my car don't have key fob. That I would have to get a aftermarket one put on. When I got home I called the dealership and they told me that the car in fact does have a key FOB. I don't recommend these people.

I locked my keys in my car this afternoon and Beazer Lock and Key was recommended to me by many friends! Little did my friends know, I had already called them after reading so many great reviews and Beazer s had someone on the way! They were super fast and friendly! I then headed to the shop to get a spare key, which I had already planned to go there to get the key made from reading reviews earlier. Turns out, they make the spare free of charge if you used their services to unlock your car! All in all it was $40. But I was very pleased with their service and it turned a not so fun afternoon, into a great evening. I will be using them again if the need arises.

Fantastic experience! I purchased two smart keys online through another company and took them into Beazer Lock to get cut. Most grateful they were even willing to do this for me. The Beazer staff was amazing from start to finish! Before placing the online key order, I spoke on the phone with Landon at Beazer s who verified I was buying the right keys and fobs. After the keys arrived, Spencer at Beazer s took over provided outstanding customer service. Spencer checked to make sure the chips in the new keys worked before cutting them so I could return them if need be. Spencer then cut both of my new keys. I asked to program the fobs myself to save some money, and Spencer said that would be fine. Instead of leaving me alone to do the task, he came out to the car and made sure everything worked. Spencer truly went above and beyond expectations. He even gave me a discount off the regular $20 price of both key cuts he made. The business already offers great prices, but the additional savings was icing on the cake. I ll be using Beazer Lock & Key for all of my locksmith needs.

They charged me 70 bucks to unlock my truck when I locked my keys in it.
I ran in to get a couple copies of some keys made. The service was excellent! I was in and out in under 10 minutes and it was less than $5! If I lived in Cache Valley I would use you guys all the time!
Took over an hour for them to get to my location to unlock my door. I was stranded in the middle of Logan and it shouldn't have taken that long. They unlocked my door in 30 seconds and charged me $40 dollars. Horrible service and expensive. Find a different locksmith.

Beazer is a great place to have a key made, or door knobs rekeyed. Other than that, they seem terribly disorganized. I ordered two Emtek door knobs from them last spring for a project. When they arrived, they couldn t find them among the orders stacked around the shop. I came back the next day, and they had only found one door knob. When they eventually found the second door knob a week later, it was missing parts. Once they finally got all of the parts in, it was too late for me to use the door knobs. So, I asked about returning them, and they said I would be charged a restocking fee. $130 later, and I have no refund, and no door knobs. I probably won t ever go back, which is unfortunate because I like to support small local businesses.
I happen to lock myself out of my car and I needed to catch my shuttle bus to the airport. I called few other places before Beazer to see if anyone could come out immediately to help me out. I've been struggling to find a place that could duplicate a key for an older lock. I've taken it to two other places and after multiple tries they still couldn't get it right. The guys at Beazer did it right the first time. I won't go anywhere else for keys again.
The ignition lock cylinder on our Honda Pilot seized up. We were calling around for pricing and starting to get worried at the prices. It would bite a huge chunk from our summer fun fund.

I'd been having an issue getting my driver side door to unlock, mostly from having a worn key after so many years. The guys there were super helpful both over the phone and in person, and the prices they quoted me matched what they said when I was actually there. When I tested the key and it still stuck a little, they came out and greased the lock so it would work better. None of these were really huge investments of their time, but the fact that they took that time made me feel valued as a customer. Well done!

A car key I brought in to be cut ended up breaking when they tried to cut it and they replaced it for me no charge. I've been here many times before to get keys done and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Exceptionally fast and friendly. They cut the key for my Chevy Cruze in about five minutes, the were extremely friendly to my daughter, and the price was extremely reasonable. (About $20) If I ever need a key cut again I will definitely come back
I called about a lock out from my car. They were there in less than 45 minutes, had my car unlocked in 5, and charged me far less than I expected. I only wish I'd called sooner.
I called then around 7 o clock. They were there and had my daughter into her car by 730. I don t live in Logan so I was really nice to know that she got taken care of so quickly. I would definitely recommend these guys.

My car keys were locked inside my car, and I called Beazer to unlock my car. I was a little far from Logan, and they charged me $50. They left immediately, arrived quickly and had the car unlocked within 5 minutes. The guy also said I could come by the shop to receive two free door keys for my car. Excellent service.
Worst customer service ever. Which is sad, they used to be so friendly and great. 15 years ago I would have said they rocked at customer service! The last two visits a complete waste of time and effort. Last visit the young man wanted a copy of the registration when I had a copy of the title in hand. Tittle wasn't enough to show ownership? They might be in business due to lack of competition.
P.S. Walked into Toyota with the exact same info I had at beazers and $20. Walked out with a key. Thanks Toyota, that was super easy!
