Today I called Computer Systems, Unlimited to ask about a problem I was having installing a new toner cartridge in my wife's printer. Amber answered the phone. I described the problem and she invited me to bring the printer in so she could examine it. I brought it in and she fixed the problem in about ten minutes. No charge.
We have been doing business with them for years, and will continue to do so. Ironically, we had bought the printer itself years ago from somebody else. They were under no obligation to support the printer at all.
